This is one of the worst breakfast. Order often. Got terrible hard burritos even asking for fresh. Not enough salsa for all the wraps ordered and tea was large with only one tea bag. Sad it happens every morning. Won't be back!

I dropped my habenero sauce for my mc nuggets in the snow so as a normal person would i went inside and asked for a new one due to my honest mistake. I got confronted and told what are you gonna do about it. A extremely disrespectful and ignorant response for me just asking for a new sauce. 50 cents will not cause the crashing of the stock market so don’t act like it. Never again will I attend this mds.

CHRISSY HAD EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Beware of her; she may be racist. She was giving attitude from the very start in the drive thru. We told her we were not happy with the way she was speaking to us and her response was “that’s just the way I talk. You don’t know how I am”. An insanely inappropriate reply! The bag ripped as we ordered $50 of food and they overfilled the paper bag. She blamed it on us and all our food was on the ground. She walked away from us and her manager Jeff had to handle the situation. He was so respectful and polite and had to apologize on her behalf! CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE TREATED THIS WAY.

Like most places, it is a good place except that sometimes we were made to wait for at least 3-5 mins to just get a coffee. I can understand if it was for Burger or any such items. Otherwise a good place.

I reviewed this McDonald's 2 years ago and gave them 5 stars. Since then they have gone completely down hill and the workers/management has gotten lazy since covid, so I'm changing it to a 1 as this is now the worst managed McDonald's I've been to. My son and I went in the other day they were supposed to be open until 11pm yet they had the dining room totaly closed for clean" at 8:30 yet nobody was cleaning anything

Seemed to have some slower service, but overall the regular experience you get at any McDonalds, food was accurate though and they didnt just throw it in the bag like some other locations do. If you are travelling through and find your self in Beaumont then you will be happy with the service.

Had to ask to have a table cleaned they were all so filthy, ( the young man working was very efficient and wiped a table for us) made our order was not asked for my code or if I was collecting points. Got our meal and received a mcchicken instead of a spicy habenaro. This is a group of six and not a busy time. My Wife and daughter went to use the restroom and it was absolutely. Disgusting and refused to use it. I approached the manager and all I can say is wow the very cold approach to my when I asked to have the women’s restroom attended to, asked about my points and explained our order was wrong there was not an apology for the experience we had on this visit bathrooms, order being wrong (or offered to be fixed) being refused my points ( on a fairly big order). After someone apparently cleaned the bathroom fairly quickly after I mentioned it but when my wife went back in it was better bur need I say more.WORSTEXPERINCEEVERBeen to McDonalds all over NA, EUR, NZ…I would take the time to drive to a different location 0.5 KM awayDone

I was served a French fry and when my little brother entered the store, he was singing “I am Thomas, the thermonuclear bomb!!!” And then we were kicked out. These people are so rude, but the French fry I paid $12 was pretty good for a McDonald’s fry
