They always contact me a few months before my policy is due.I'm given options. They are very thorough.

Went to change my drivers license to a new address in a small rural settlement. I’m talking 4 houses small. I went in to ask what info I needed (po box or postal code) and I have never had anyone speak so rudely to me. I couldn’t get my question in after I said “I don’t have the postal code”, she went as far to tell me my house didn’t exist, even after the internet and phone service companies were able to find the location. I gave the rural postal code and was berated for having that and nothing else. Even when I tried to explain I was asking a question!There is a gentleman who has been working here forever who is wonderful. I would strongly encourage you to go elsewhere unless you know he is working, unless you want to be mocked, made fun of, and walk away feeling terrible.

Great service and friendly staff

Been going here off and on for 5-6 years. Service is fairly decent when you actually get help. Seems to always be understaffed and the wait is horrendous. I just went in today (granted it’s Saturday but they are open). I was told 30 minute wait, minimum. This was one person working and someone waiting before me. Not the girl who was workings fault at all but who’s thinking one staff member on any given day is okay in this type of business? Definitely do not recommend wasting your time.
