I cannot go to SAAQ other than on Saturdays. I went there last week, it was open but I arrived late and could not get the service. Today I arrived early and faced this sign; yet, the telephone service says that they're open. Very frustrating.

Terrible experience with that location, a governmental employee (Peter) who literally said he is the boss at that location told me that they cannot serve me at that location. I asked him why since two days ago I was told to go through inspection and come and they will do the registration. I asked why I was told that and he is telling me differently to go to another place, his answer was epic: quit"I asked him

Drive 35 mins there last Saturday in the morning to find out that they were closed even though it says they were open online! I can only go to la saaq on Saturdays since I am from Ontario! Very frustrating....

Online banking makes everything worse. They send you a receipt saying its paid then you get stopped and tell you it's not paid. So you go in person you have to wait 2 hours everywhere you go no appointment. On top of that we have to pay extra 3.55$ just for going there in person wasting 2 hours!! Ridiculous country we live in...

Unfortunately the saaq disappoints. They are currently undergoing training for new software being rolled out. Unfortunately they decided to roll out this training during what is well documented as flu season. Alongside the employee shortage; they weaken the staff further with these trainings.Just seems like things are poorly managed and customers pay the cost with higher wait times.

Imagine waiting 2 hours in line to enter, then being sent away because it's closed? That was my experience today (a Saturday). The security person (their name was Yves) even exchanged threats with an angry person who was in line and was also sent away.To avoid going through a useless wait and unprofessional security staff, I highly recommend you arrive 30 minutes before the opening.

Being new to montreal, reading all the negative reviews about SAAQ registration, we were very apphensive,so we reached here 30 minutes before 9am.There was already a line with 7-8 people ahead of us,we didn't have a appointment. The office opened sharp at 9am and there were 4 people at the counter, 3 ladies and one gentleman, got our turn by 9.15,and the person (gent) was so patient, he spoke in English, took time to understand us and went out of his way to solve our problem. We were out by 9.35 with new registration plate.Highly recommend this centre .The people working here are very efficient.
