We used this company for residential upgrades. One of their staff put a toe hole in the drywall from the attic through to the bedroom ceiling and when we contacted them right away as soon as we noticed the next day, they denied it (we understand accidents happen). We did not have anyone else in the attic. We are upset, disappointed and surprised with their response. I would not recommend this company. We have GFCI plug that trips without use and they simply don't reply to us. We paid our $20,000 invoice by the due date and even bought the workers lunch when they were here to show our appreciation.They also seem to have deleted their google profile once in an attempt to remove any bad reviews.
