I went to this place looking for a computer bag strap as mine broke. Kendell attended to me and told me that they don't sell separate straps anymore. She looked inside a small box and showed me a strap similar to what I was looking for. I asked how much to pay for it and she said that I would not pay anything for it since that strap was an extra one! What a way to surprise a customer! Excellent job, Kendell! Thank you!
