Lazeez Shawarma

We’ve been going to this location for almost two years. They used to be better. Food is okay - doesn’t taste as fresh as it once did. Prices are reasonable. Service is okay too but the place isn’t particularly clean and has an odd smell almost like that of a butcher shop. Hope they improve given other recent reviews.

Employees were really helpful and friendly. Had a great experience with my friends. Food was delicious as well.

Food quality bad, stale, completely off. I do not feel well after eating it and had to trash rice, chicken, potatoes and only ate salad (Paid 38$ for two meals). I tried their food two times( Shawarma and Platters) and every time it tastes like stale food. Chicken was not fresh even looked really bad and they have used organs in it that made it worse. Potatoes were raw, not cooked properly. I will never coming back. Not worth your money and time. I do not recommend it to anyone. Please go to other Lazeez location.

Lady at the counter ( probably manager or owner) was VERY rude. I’ve always had the same chicken shawarma and I know the taste well. My wrap was literally empty. No veggies no chicken. It was dry without any stuffing, fries were cold, stale.The place was stinking badly.Poor hygiene, very rude staff, horrible food quality.One location that I’ll never visit for sure.

Fast food shawarma - it's alright for a fast and inexpensive meal, and it's conveniently located near Port creditWe got the chicken plate, which was a generous portion. However, there was not enough meat, just a thin, thin layer over rice.The tables /washroom were also kind of dirty.The person serving us was nice though

The food is really great! The staffs are nice and accommodating. Lakeshore branch is really the best branch of Lazeez. Definitely will be back ❤️

When you are at Port credit and see a lot of good places to have food. This place is definitely the best place to be if you want to have a shawarma ... chicken was so juicy and full of flavour also the staff is very welcoming

I love shawarmas and I've been to a couple outlets of the Lazeez Shawarma franchise but honestly the one at Lakeshore wins hands-down!You wanna go to a place that's nice and clean, the food fresh and scrumptious and the servers prompt and friendly when you want your shawarma fix, and lemme tell you, you get all that and more here!We went around 11 45 pm on a saturday night and it was pretty packed. We got our turn at the counter super quick though which speaks volumes for the level of service provided. Two thumbs up for that!If you're not sure what to get, the owners are super hands on and always available for recommendations. We'd decided already to go for wraps and so ordered a mix shawarma wrap, a philly steak and a philly chicken wrap. Everything was absolutely yummy!This is definitely one of the places that i'll be becoming a regular at!The thing that i mostly notice with food chains that allow customization is freshness of the ingredients they have on display and let me tell you, even near closing on a saturday night, all the veggies were crunchy and super fresh -just like you'd want them! There wasn't one wilty, sad looking veggie in sight!!While we got our food and decided to sit and enjoy it right there, there was constant customer footfall, with people coming in to quickly grab their food and be on their way. That's testament to a successfully running restaurant. You know for sure that with so many people coming in, the food has got to be fresh and great!There's another thing i'd like to point out specifically about this particular location - the cleanliness. As i mentioned, iv been to other locations and honestly i was somewhat put off by how drab and dirty it seemed. These people been keeping their place lively and i really appreciate that.Highly recommended and definitely going back again!PS: Turns out they do everything better than the rest of the locations anyway and they've got a plaque certifying the fact - added a picture of that for ya'lls benefit. Go get your shawarma's people, you won't regret it!

Great food and friendly service , warned me about the spiciness even at middle level.

I wish I could give - minus rating. I have always loved Lazeez food, one of my go to places but this location is worst. They are giving stale food. I went on sat for pick up order. They charged extra $1 foe everything on chicken on rocks& falafel on rocks. I dont mind paying extra but if you are charging $1 for onions dont give me stale or thick onion pieces and not slices. Also for parsley they gave dried parsley instead of fresh. I took half rice & hald salad, as you see in picture there was hardly any salad also the overall quantity was so less. Chicken on rocks was so chewy and stale, it had funny smell to it.Also I paid extra $3 for garlic sauce but the owner refused to give me extra on side, kept arguing she put extra in the bowl. I would suggest the owner to try lazeez from diff location to see the difference.
