Jason a répondu trèstrès très rapidement et je le félicite pour sa patience et sa compétence. Je les recommande fortement car ils ont su répondre à mon besoin avec mes 3 unités intérieures. Ceci sans trop dépenser pour le remplacement de ma thermopompe centrale après 25 ans de bons et loyaux services. Croyez-moi vous ne serez pas déçue !

I call this so call professional company for service my AC unit and they told me that they can not help me because it is not worth it. If you are looking to repair or service your unit, DO NOT call this company because they only help people who will spend lots and lots of money. USELESS Company. Owner mentioned installation which I never asked for, I told them I installed it and like someone to service it. Some people would lie because to keep a good record of there company and don't like when they receive bad feedbacks. When I spoke to the woman on the phone she couldn't answer my questions so she transfer me to one of their technician and the first thing came out of his mouth was can not help you without asking me what I needed. Thanks what a bad company does when they treat costumers like trash and then lie on the response. Pinet, I will make it very clear, I ALREADY INSTALLED THE UNIT AND I NEED TO HAVE IT SERVICED BEFORE I START IT FOR THE FIRST TIME. CLEAR ENOUGH.
