I found Power Vac’s service personnel to be professional, friendly, and tidy. The communication in relation to the scheduling of our appointment was both clear and courteous.The duct cleaning significantly decreased the dust in our home which is beneficial to our allergies.I would recommend Power Vac without hesitation due to the quality of work and their exemplary customer service.

Sean and Ed responded early the next day after an afternoon call. They were on time and extremely nice and courteous. They were very knowledgable, respectful of our floors, wore masks the whole time (pandemic), and did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards. I hired Power Vac to clean the duct and vent system for Hope Community Church in Cloverdale BC, Sean and his workers were extremely professional, went beyond their duty of service. Very pleasant and so easy to talk to. Their response to our need was prompt and timely.
