I have been dealing with the Biddlecombe family for my security needs since I bought my first house in 2005, and knew them as the security company for a business I worked for since 2002. Their service has always been top notch, and they go out of their way to always get everything I need done.I cannot emphasize how pleasant they are to deal with. I recommend them heartily to anyone who asks.

My family has used Biddlecombe for as long as I can remember ( 30 years?)The service has always been reliable and mostly easy to use. Our system was recently upgraded so that it's much easier to use / turn on etc. The system needed tweaking with our new windows but the window installer should know what to do about the wires.The dreaded call that comes when someone messes up turning off the alarm is something we can always count on!
