My go to pet store. They have all the supplies you need for your furry baby and are always welcoming. They even have all the wet and dry food in stock that I struggle to ever get them in any petsmart or other pet stores. Always recommend them to everyone I know.

Seems like they changed groomers in the last 2/3 years. The new groomer is terrible. Took my dog for a grooming & will never go back. First, he came back traumatized (he’s been to groomers before with no issues). Second, he had scabs all over his body from the deshedding brush!! At first I thought maybe he was allergic to the shampoo but found out it’s the same shampoo my other groomer uses. Third, the groomer shaved off a patch of his fur down to his skin and didn’t mention that when I picked him up. Overall a terrible experience and will not be taking him back there.

Overall a pretty good store. Some things are vastly overpriced. The urine smell / stain remover, just buy, resolve, it does the same thing at a 1/4 of the price.The selection of cat and dog food is good, and not as expensive as at other stores in the area.

I visited the store with my girl to purchase her dog food. Upon entering, I noticed there was no water bowl kept for pets. I asked the cashier if I could get some water for my dog (it was 31°C). She ended up telling me, OH! due to COVID we had to pick up everything from the floor"........Well we don't have a mask mandate anymore

Really great store so many products it's hard not to find what your looking for. Only problem is price. But Canada is facing this problem anywhere you go.

This is a decent store with a moderate selection of mid range foods, but I have to say that the staff are not well trained about their products. It's happened several times over the years but most recently, I asked for a nutritional supplement that my vet did not carry for my cat, who had lost half of her body weight and had no appetite (due to a thankfully curable liver issue).The staff member that I asked just kind of shrugged and directed me to cat treats with negligible nutritional value of any kind. When I went to search the shelves on my own I found Tomlyn high calorie nutritional gel, which was very high in fat and nutrients and only required 1.5 teaspoons daily. I would recommend doing your research and know exactly what you are looking for before going in.Otherwise I find the staff to be friendly and courteous.

Friendly staff and a great selection of cat food and toys! I was also able to find a clipper and a brush and they were good quality.
