Needed a lot of work. I've used thus location over the years. Thanks Scott. Back for some seal replacements, had issue with drain plug days later, it was taken care of no charge.

Had a great experience here after a catalytic converter theft to my car. Dealt with Aaron who kept me posted through the process.

Not friendly. They do not give proper information to the client. I gave my car for repair for a catalytic converter and they damaged the brakes. Upon asking to fix that they refused and said it was not on their end. They even charged me before showing me my car. Very disappointed. I will never recommend anyone to go here.

Pros: I called and got an appointment on the same dayCons: I was charged $1,400 for (both axle) rotor and brake pad change. And charged me for 3.7 hours of work. I’m not a mechanic but rotor and brake pad change won’t even take me close to 4 hours… when I brought this up the mechanic was not able to explain why this is the case. I feel overcharged but I needed the work done on the same day so didn’t really have much choice.TLDR: get several quotes before going to “budget” brake if you’re actually on a budget

I don’t know if it was just the time of the year and just that time of the day (around mid December, mid week), but I was able to call and get an appt. immediately to get my muffler replaced and was done without issue and they also didn’t try to upsell me on anything else.Kudos!The only negative experience is the gross overcharge on a relatively budget brand muffler (Walker),which only after a few months, shows a decent amount of rusting already.That particular part can be bought online between $148-$220, I was charged over $430. I expected an up charge given the situation (not doing it myself) but holy mark up batman!

Expedient service, helpful customer service, we're able to fit me in on short notice. Helped rebuild part of my exhaust and swap a starter for me, pricing seemed quite fair.

Owner Scott Swaile and his workers damaged my wheel, took no responsibility, and lied multiple times.Booked a tire appointment. Was told to come in 8:30am and they will get me right in. At 10:30am (2 hours later, not right away as he said. Lie #1) they call me and tell me they took my wheel off, they put it down and realized they dont have the equipment they need to change my tires without damaging the rim (Lie #2, they did try and did nick my $350 rim and then stopped). I went back to get my truck and asked which tire they took out to re torque after 100km. He told me that was a myth and I shouldn't bother since I was changing tires anyways. I asked again because it was clear they were hiding something. He said front right awkwardly (Lie #3, was front left). Over the phone he took no ownership and said what do you know, wheels are damaged all the time on the road. Then I proceeded to tell him that I took pictures the day prior to the appointment because I was skeptical about my nice expensive rims. At that time, he disrespectfully told me: who does that? Thats why nobody wants to change your tires" "Look

The team at Budget got my car repaired in no time at all. They were factual and honest. They were more than accommodating to working out what diagnosed repairs were needed most due to my budget restraints at that time. My 1997 Camry now drives like a new car and I was more than happy with the results.

Had another great experience at this location. Timely service, fair pricing and great mechanics! Aaron is always great to deal with at the front desk - everything is properly explained so there's no surprises when you get the final bill. Will definitely be back again!
