At the office/showroom (in Calgary), Ihor was extremely helpful and very friendly. In our home, the installation crew was outstanding: very respectful, very clean, very efficient and exceptionally hardworking (taking almost no breaks in the 2 days they worked here)! The windows were installed quickly and expertly. They look wonderful and have really fixed the draft problem we had throughout our house. They even keep sound out. We are very impressed with this company and their products, and would highly recommend them to our friends!

Our experience with Green Fox has been exceptional! From ordering to installation everything went very well. The installation crew, Team 14 were amazing. The head installer, Andrii was friendly, professional with great work ethics. We love our new windows and can't believe how much better the house looks inside and out. We would highly recommend them!

Excellent experience start to finish. Had new front door installed. Salesman was so thorough in explaining product and installation process without being at all pushy. A pleasure to work with. Install went great—work was clean and the door functions perfectly. Beautiful look. The only negative was the very long wait for install, but they were very up front about it during the quoting phase, so does not impact my rating.

Did basement windows a few years ago and were very satisfied with the product and service. We decided to order our main floor windows sept 2022. The windows took 10 months to arrive, which we were understanding of as it was a large order. We received less than a weeks notice for instal but only found out about the instal date as I called to get in update on the order.The installers were friendly and hard working and did a good job cleaning up after the project. Upon instal two windows did not fit, two windows cracked, and one tipped over in their truck and shattered.Accidents happen so we were understanding however the customer service after has been horrible. No phone calls returned, no updates given on replacement windows, and they promptly started our financing despite not having two windows, and three cracked and patched with tape. Currently there has been no resolution and still no answers on replacement or compensation for billing prior to completion.Aside from the poor customer service after the company gets their money it is worth noting that despite ordering the same size windows our window coverings on most windows no longer fit as these are slightly smaller. Apparently this is in the fine print of our contract as a possibility so that is our bad but worth sharing if you are considering new windows. It is another added cost to the window replacement if you also need to purchase new blinds.The delays, the cracks etc are all things you can deal with but the customer service after install is terrible as such I would not recommend this companyUPDATE: (2 months after initial install) installers came back today to replace the broken windows and the two rounded windows did not fit again. Company has already billed us for those windows for two months and we still don’t actually have windows. The company also will not respond regarding compensation for same.

Had a great experience with GreenFox when we upgraded our entire house's windows. They were the most reasonably priced quote we received and their customer service is excellent. From sales to reception to installers to final inspection, they were professional and friendly across the board. I highly recommend them!

The installation guys were promptly on time. Super efficient and cleaned up all debris. So happy with our new doors! Highly recommend Green Fox windows and doors.

We are very happy with our new front door. We were impressed with the breadth of selection and ability to customize. The planning process was convenient- our rep was responsive and made in-person appointments that accommodated our schedule. The installers were professional, clean, and efficient; they had great attention to detail which ensured the finish product looked great! We are happy and would use GreenFox again.

10/10. Windows arrived months before they were supposed to and installation was fast. The only minor issue was that they weren't supposed to arrive for installation until 2pm that day but showed up at 8am. I have a little guy and a puppy so scrambling to get everyone out of the way was a pain but manageable. The gentleman showed me his schedule and it said 8am and my email said 2pm so there was a disconnect with the scheduler. Other than that minor issue 10/10 recommend!

Installation was done professionally. Alex and Miron were able to address any issues we had afterwards. I would recommend this company as the craftsmanship and quality of windows and doors are great.
