Extremely rude and unprofessional. After waiting in line for about 1.5 hours, they said to make a new line creating chaos as lots of people got in ahead of us.When many parents complained to the staff member, the owner came in and said that people should do what they say or they'll shut off the game" and "I don't care about what you paid".The old lady seemed unhappy and frustrated the whole time. At one point she made a sign of a gun with each of her hands
