Years ago I was purchasing a condo in the Westland area, I was initially working with a large corporate title company for the transaction but I was not happy with the lack of detailed information and customer service, I felt like just a number. I have done over a dozen real estate transactions over the years and typically the title companies do the minimum to get the deal done. I thought that was standard and never expected any more. Tri-County in Plymouth was the clear exception. They went above and beyond - helping me with questions and even researching and then advising me on homestead/residency requirements after the close. If you have the choice, pick this Agency.
