Worst IT infrastructure for Swiss Chalet. App doesn't work, website doesn't work, called in to order. The rep asked me my address 4 times. Then he placed it for pick up rather than delivery. I called back and was told system is down and orders can't be placed. I recall a few years ago the same thing happened. I've wasted almost an hour of my time and my kids are hungry. If I was rich I'd buy PUTS on your stock as you're obviously going to fail.

Swiss Chalet COLLINGWOOD is the worst swiss chalet i have ever been to with the the rudest staff ever. If you complain that something isnt cooked right, they send manager and insult you by swearing at you and poke your food. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else. Horrible. Please stay away from this place! Head office needs to deal with this location. I wish they were just having a bad day, but is not customer service. Oh and yes they're kitchen staff are not trained to grill? Isn't it called Swiss Chalet Bar & Grill?? I cant believe the way i was treafes by all staff. All i wanted was chicken that wasnt slimy! Is that too much to ask.???

I got an ultimate dining card for Christmas and as a bonus it came with an additional attachment promising to offer more deals. When I logged onto the site it stated that I would get a free appetizer at Swiss Chalet if I ordered two entrees. What a great deal I thought...except when I went to redeem it I was told I’d have to “mention” it at the restaurant when I placed my order there, in person..I was ordering take out and I live 20 minutes away. Thanks but no thanks. Can I return this for the cash equivalent?

Weston road and Rutherford Harvey's needs to be shut down and training must begin. Constantly being pushed to wait for food in the parking lot after going through drive through. When you finally receive your food it's always cold. I have now realized why. On my last visit I received an Angus patty that was already pre cooked and left in a tray for up to 45 minutes! When I confronted the manager she responded with if you want fresh food you need to ask for it " Who says that ! Is that Harvey's new tag line ? Good luck to them.Stop asking the entire drive-through lineup to park and wait for cold food. That's not how drivethrough works. COOK FRESH FOOD! The burger comes so cold the cheese can't melt on a cheeseburger that should tell you something."

If I could give you 0 stars I would. Being Mother's day, my family thought it would be nice to order out, we went with Eastside Marios, we ordered at 3:30pm, thinking due to Covid19 and all we would give you plenty of time. We asked for a 5:30 delivery, it is now 8:00pm we still have no food, we waited an hour on the phone on hold only to be told we had been forgotten and now it was to late to cook...well this town isn't really very big, I work with the public, I will have no problems telling everyone what a joke this experience has been. And my service to you in the future will be forgotten just like my dinner.

I have been a customer of yours ever since I was a child going with my grandparents. But after my last experience I'm not sure I can be a customer anymore. My wife and I have tried to contact you with no luck, I only hope that this letter gets someone's attention so you can fix your system and make it up to my family.I'm early November my wife ordered some dinner online and like we usually do I paid online. After an hour I called the store to make sure things were going ok. To my surprise, whoever answered the call was upset before I even got past telling them my order number. Then very loudly told me that they can't help, it's not their fault, and a some other things that didn't make much sense and hung up on me. I check where the store was located and it was not my usual store, the one my order was sent to and I called was 346 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON M5S.Still wondering where our dinner was, and my nine month pregnant wife getting more upset, I called your call center number. The agent there took some time to even find my order, then kept putting me on hold. My guess is she put be on hold to create a new order and send it to a different store, because when she same back said my order was already corrected and the new store (266 Queens Quay W, Toronto, ON M5J 1B5) was on the way with it, the funny thing was I got an new email order after that call. She must have punched in the new order when I was on hold, then tried to pretend it was already ok and food would be there soon.At this point it has been about one hour and twenty minutes. I asked your customer service rep what they could do to make up for the mistake, late order, being yelled at by the store, and all the time I spent on the phone. And she said… can't do anything. I think this is where you need to empower your employees to make a judgement call that will allow them to make a customer happy. She put me on hold again, and said she checked with her manager and could still do nothing. Her only suggestion was to call back once it had been 1.5hours (5min away) and ask for my meal to be free because that was the policy.You still haven't delivered my food at that point and it's been almost 1hr 45min so I called again. Tried to explain to the new call center agent what had happened… a waist of another 5 min that could have been avoided with a CRM. The new rep said that the order would not be free because the the timer started from when the new order was placed, not when I placed my original order online. I'm sure you'll agree that the new order was only needed as part of a broken process on your side that shouldn't affect me. Again the rep had nothing he could do to help. He put me on hold to get his manager, someone knocked on my door so I hung up.About 2hrs now and the delivery driver was here. Only took an online order and 30min on the phone over 3 or 4 phone calls.The driver asked for payment, I told him that first, I paid online, and second the delivery should be free anyways. It turned into an argument, and I guess he was also in a bad mood because he called the call center and started telling them I was pushing him. He kept staying this over and over very loudly, my only guess is that it was his way of trying to make me pay for my meal. I live in a Condo and do not need a delivery driver causing a scene in my hallway when all my neighbors can hear. I told him to leave and closed the door on him.Still had a pregnant wife at home with no dinner and over 2 hours passed.I tried to contact you on Nov 12, and all I have received is a few emails saying someone will contact me.Please fix your customer service issues and have both of the store I dealt with provide better customer service training to their employees, only then would I consider being a customer again.

Don’t waste your time with any of the chains owned by Recipe. It’s not about the quality/value of the food. Their formula is all about “how do we drive the cost out of the item”. The ROI. Math rules.

Ordered swiss chalet family meal. Crispy chicken. I got burnt friesNo coleslaw and no chicken. First called about the fries. Was told send a picture. I did. Offered me a ten dollar credit. Then checked the other bag. No chicken. Called told them give me my money back. No longer a customer. Have had so many issues with them. Deleted the app. Have complained sbout the one driver. If you pay cash he keeps the change. Without you telling him he can. He left with 25.00 bucks of my change one time.
