Bought a scooter here, start having problems after 2 days so i brought it back. They kept it in for a day to tell me i didn t put the right type of oil (injection 2 strokes).. When i took it back it was still having the same problems, i figured they didn t do anything on it.. I had to argue with the director of the place who got agressive.. I ended up taking the scooter to a garage, cost me 300 in repairs that lajeunesse paid half.. So i dont recommend that place

Was interested in looking at a 2013 Street Glide they had in stock. So after making the two hour trip, from out of province. I took the bike out for a test drive, I noticed a loud static sound coming from around the engine.At first I thought it was the radio.After telling the owner about this he had one of his techs take it out, upon returning he said it was the air breather and this was normal. I told him I drove other bikes just like it and this issue was not present. So without any attempt to address this issue,the manager basically told me, that is the bike take it or leave it, I have two other people interested in it so whatever.A complete and total waste of my time.

worst service ever, you call to make sure they have what you want, and without checking they will tell you we have it, then you arrive they don't have it and just say sorry and don't care about you. place looks like a mess and they just throw their things everywhere. a real dump

I was delighted to be met with very patient and friendly staff. I came to the store with 5 (very) different models in mind, having comparatively shopped both on Marketplace Kjji and other dealership.I was admittedly unsure of what I wanted, and upon logical suggestions from the Sales Director, my mind was set on two models. While I found comparatively priced motorcycles on the private market (ie. Market place and Auto Trader), it's the straightforward zero pressure shopping experience and friendliness of the Sales Director which ultimately made the difference. I could not bring myself to trade thousands of dollars with a stranger on the private market, though I did consider it, and rather opted for the comfort of a formal contract and a warranty. I ended up purchasing a 2016 H-D 1200 Sportster Roadster from Lajeunesse. If you are in the market for a used motorcycle, but aren't quite set on what you want, they have tons in stock, just shop with an open mind. I've now owned 11 motorcycles since 2001, so I've seen a thing or two. I will recommend this business to anyone who asks.

Always been satisfied with the bikes I bought from them.Even the value of my trade-in’s was reasonable.They have a passion for motorcycles and they know what they sell.Caroline in particular is very knowledgeable.She knows motocycles, and she is very attentive to the customer’s needs.I would highly recommend them for your motorcycle needs...They’ve always had a lot of choice.The motorcycles are well prepared and without surprises!!Go see them, you won’t be disappointed!!

Bought a used Goldwing motorcycle from them, management reneged on the original agreement made with the salesperson. A safety was done on the bike and past. Yet the front tires were at their max wear. OEM headlights had been replaced by none DOT (Departement Of Transportation) HID. Yet it past safety. The reverse gear on the Goldwing wasn't working. The activation cable had been reset from factory setting to its max extension , causing the reverse not to engage.Another item mist in the inspection.As well, when I picked up the bike, the gas tank was almost empty.The transit ticket issued by Lajeunesse was completed with the year the wrong year (2016) , causing me greif when the Ontario police stoped me to verify my papers. (I live in Winnipeg)On the trip home is when I realized the reverse gear issue. I contacted Lajeunesse to know how to handle this required repair once home. Gave them the option of having my mechanic do the cable adjustment, or as I was planning on a eastern trip in spring, asked them if they wanted to address this issue personally next spring. They instructed me to bring the bike in to them for repair, leaving me with no reverse till then, wrong answer to a already displeased customer.Because I wanted to use the bike, I repaired the reverse issue, new tires replaced, and 4 headlight adapters and halogen bulbs to bring back the headlight to legal standard, all at out of pocket expenses.I'd use caution in dealing with this dealership. Check everything twice and three times before leaving.Maybe this was a insulated incident. Maybe they are a good dealer, wish you a better experience then mine.
