Dr. Short diagnosed my case very accurately and he was thorough in explaining the procedure during and after. To me it was a geniune relief, and he performed the operation as he described it. The end result was 100% satisfaction, and I am glad we have a knowledgable and experienced person like Dr. Short, who makes a happy difference to people lives.

Excellent communications keeps you informed in a professional and understandable fashion prepared to listen despite a busy schedule

The worst reception department ever, the employee is very rude, continuously provides me with false information, and constantly refuses to answer the phone. I had booked an appointment last December, however when I tried to postpone it, the receptionist told me that because they did not receive my sent referral I was asked to call again after January 6 to make a new appointment. I have been calling their office for a month and a half now, and they have not answered me until recently. After all of this waiting and calling I was requested to go to my family doctor to get a new referral because they lost my old one as this issue has occurred a while back. I don't know why this employee is doing this but if I am paying taxes for a good service, I deserve to receive that.
