Professional with competitive pricing. We were able to get our bin for exactly when we needed it. They were able to pick up before we needed the space back and didn't charge for the extra day it sat in the driveway waiting for them to get through their other pick ups! They laid down wood to place the bin on, as so not to ruin our new(ish) gravel. Seriously happy with the service and will be ordering from them again when we need.

They came out the day after I called and the driver was very helpful getting it to our alley location. We didn't have room in front for it due to the sidewalk and the alley is rather narrow. Price was fair and communication was great throughout.

I am so disappointed for the service that I did receive, I saw this company had the best reputation so I thought it will be something true so I decided to call them and it was fine they brought the dumpster the day that they promised.When I called them to pick it up the saying we are coming and they didn’t bother for two days anyway the fan part it was when the guy came to pick it up after I called 10 times already he said the door wasn’t closed and I said in 10 minutes I will be there. He was so arrogant and told me that he has other things to do so he didn’t wait and not to mention that he could close it by himself even for me that I am a women it took 2 min to close it, anyway the story is not done, I called the office the lady in another side it was brutal too they said is my responsibility to look under the dumpster or my father 85years old to look under the dumpster not there responsibility to explain to you how to open and close it. This is shameful to the place we’re we are living, people are turning into a mechanical machine that do not use anymore their heart or brain except the mouth and that not in a good way for sure. I am sorry to say what I felt but other people had to know the truth behind those good friends and family reviews.

Great Perfect for my project clean out garage. Had the 9 yard bin. They parked it perfectly in my drive way so I could get around it and take the garbage out. And picked it up with no issues. Highly recommend. Thansk Bin there Dump that!!

Awesome customer service! Ordered one day, delivered the next, Micheline was so polite and helpful. When I called for pick up they came when my brother was not home, they removed the tarp and placed it by the garage door for me. Quick, efficient and polite and a fair price.

Absolutely splendid experience working with this company. We had the unfortunate task of cleaning out my fathers home as he is currently passing away in palliative care. I had no idea what I was doing and what I needed to do or how to do it. Michelyn was an immense help with guiding me through the process of picking out what bin size to rent down to the location it would go (seeing as how we were not available at the time of bin drop off or bin pick up either). We rented a 14 yard bin and it was able to clean out a small house worths(2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, basement, bathroom) of junk and garbage. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of items that we were able to get into the bin. The doors that open on the bin were so helpful as well as we were able to enter from the side and ensure that we were able to optimize our ability to utilize the space in the bin. It’s like a fun game of Tetris!Some life events came up unexpectedly and they have an incredibly reasonable price of $15 per day if you need additional time with the bin.I highly recommend this company for anyone who’s a bit tentative when it comes to renting a bin to take care of tasks like this, it was all done over the phone and I didn’t even need to leave the comfort of my home to set up the bin drop off and bin pick up.The staff and receptionist Michelyn are kind, caring and compassionate. Michelyn went above and beyond at her job, there were many times during this process I would break down in an emotional mess and crying and she would guide me and help get me through the moments of distress. Exactly what we need in this time, thank you graciously ♥️
