This shop really stood out from the rest. Have had many issues with other bike shops doing sub-par servicing, and have lost faith in a lot of local bike shops... until now.These guys did a great job and would highly recommend them.Liked the description of different levels of services available on their website.Always got fast replies by email. Great bunch of guys working here. Bike came out running and looking great.Highly recommend taking your bike here for service!

Best bike shop experience is have EVER had!!! Mission absolutely needed a open, friendly and welcoming shop that is there to support the community no matter the level of rider. I have had many issues with other local stores thinking they are “above” my small repairs where as Rocky, Dan and Chris were welcoming and helpful and even offered helpful advise and the option to watch the repairs to help me understand the mechanics of the bike. The shop is beautiful and has everything you need, I can’t wait for the future social rides and movie nights on the big screen. If you need a new bike or your trusty steed repaired then I cannot recommend this store more, it’s the best!!!!

Great shop! Experience in the industry and passion for the adventure of riding is evident as soon as you walk in. All ranges of demo bikes if you’re looking for a new ride, or interested getting into riding without investing up front. Unprecedented times have forced everyone to adapt and they’ve nailed it with an awesome online booking for private appointments. Great way to meet the crew and for them to spend time with clients. When the time is right, stop in for a coffee at chat with the guys, they offer that too. Cheers Indy, good luck!

Snarky front cashier both in person and on the phone, but great bike repair service.Changed from 3 to 1 star after yet another disappointing interaction with the front cashier on the phone. The person answering the phone and at the front counter is in many ways the face of the company. Best to get that sorted boys.Why is my review unwarranted? Because I'm a friend of one of the owners? You said I demanded a deal! No. I did politely aske the mechanic for a deal, which he gave. Wonderful, why would I complain about that? As I said, the service in the back end was great. The negative review was based on my interactions with the front desk. She had a very negative attitude when mechanic asked her to ring in the discount. She begrudgingly rang up the sale (again, she was asked by the mechanic, not me).So instead of dismissing the negative review, perhaps make an effort to rectify the problem.

Team Indy is truly awesome! I ordered a brake from them that needed to be shipped to Ontario, they had excellent customer service from the start. I received the brake about 5 days after I was sent and it was different than what was advertised, so I immediately contacted Kaitlyn to start to remedy the situation. She was so nice and helpful in getting me the correct part and offered for me to keep the wrong part, with a refund. I was very pleasantly surprised with this shop and their service (from across the country no less!). They handled the situation very professionally and have gained a loyal customer from ON! Thanks again Kaitlyn and Team Indy!

These guys were awesome. They had the transitional sentinel I was looking for (hard to find color) and did an great job putting on all the upgrades I wanted (tubeless,pedals, stem tool). They made sure my bike was super kitted out and exactly what I wanted.Their friendy and professional service is exactly what helped me get my dream bike. The staff member that helped me was knowledgeable but did not show the expertise in the field. It's a small shop and inventory of helmets and other items was lacking. I was interested in a bike and was trying to work a deal because I was just a little bit short. I got a straight no and was told that bikes are in high demand and that he could get full price that afternoon. I felt insulted and left with a feeling that the shop is only in it to get the money. Shortly after this they posted that bike on Pinkbike forsale. So that was my experience.

I brought my shock in for a rebuild. They did the job in house, which was great! However when I put it back on my bike there was still some issues. I brought it back in and they sent it off to get rebuilt by a suspension company for no extra charge! It was a long wait for the repair, but Independent did all I could ask for. Very satisfied

Update - broke a spoke Dec 30th, 2020. Took the wheel in and walked out 45 mins later with everything fixed. Great guys, great service, and great shop. Very highly recommended!Loved the online booking system. My bike was repaired quickly, the communication from Independent was excellent. The bike is now running like new. Very satisfied!
