Very nice people here! All the nurses, doctors, and works made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They really take their job seriously and make sure I was treated well. It was my first time donating and the nurse who helped me was very accommodating to my requests, e.g. helping me cover up the needle since I have a fear of needles. Overall, I would 100% come back here!

Booked an appointment to donate blood. Nowhere in the website/appointment confirmation email/appointment confirmation phone call did they mention that an ID is required. Travelled for 30 minutes to reach there and they said donation won't be possible without an ID. If this is the case the least you could have done is inform this in any of the above step. On top of this, the nurse at the station was extremely rude. No one cares about appointment timings. Whatever time you book/reach, you have to wait for 45 minutes, then face the rude nurses and be turned back.What a colossal waste of time. No regard for anyone else's time. -1 stars.

It was my first time donating today. The people there were just awesome! They joked and laughed with you, which made it super easy for anyone who might be a little anxious about donating. There was almost no waiting, and to be honest, it almost went by too fast. I look forward to donating again there.

They were so helpful organized on the time. Super clean and caring.When you finish they will give you a lots of snacks and they will take care of you making sure your okay.Friendly staff ⚕️ and super organized.

It was my first time to donate blood. So I was bit nervous but when I get there they really had welcome atmosphere, also the staff was kind and polite. Very pleasant experience! Nurses are always checking on you! I will only go to them in future.

The nurses here are so rude and incompetent. They have actually deterred me from ever giving blood again, and I will make sure all of my friends and family either continue to not give or never give again because of the experience I just had. What a shame people coming in there to “donate” their time and blood and are treated in such a manor is just disgusting.

I’ve donated officially 115 times as of today and this clinic was such a lovely experience: from the welcoming front office staff to the kind and informative screener to the kind phlebotomist, it was all a great experience. I’ve donated in a lot of CBS clinics, mobile and otherwise and this space felt cozy and comfortable while still having the space to process donors. I’d highly suggest going here to donate blood if you can.

It has been years, since giving blood and the shortage in Canada and the USA, made me want to. I booked on-line, comfortable door greetings, lots of new Q&A screening questions. Some of the questions were very interesting. The staff were excellent, free parking and I got extra cookies because the snack lady was like my Grandma. Good job and I'll be back.

Always so kind, kayla and bailey were super sweet with answering all the questions we had and were so welcoming. I didnt grab the name of the girl checking my hemoglobin but she was a super nice lady aswell:)
