Disappointing. Messy, dirty, no one to assist. Items; ugly, non practical and overpriced. Did not find a single practical, good looking item made out of comfortable fabric. This used to be my go to store. Not anymore ever since Covid.

I had a wonderful experience with one of the Associates at the payment counter, her name is Lydia. She was very patient while attending to me, she took time to inform me of the discounts available on some of the items I picked. My wife saw a jeans trouser she liked, Lydia communicated with another associate to help me wife get the same jeans trouser on the floor while we were trying to make our payment.This review is specifically for Lydia for exhibiting top notch professionalism and a wonder customer experience.

yesterday afternoon i visited this store for the first time in years, in a large display laid a variety of tank tops with a sign that read buy one get one 50% off" in this pile was many different styles of all different prices. My friend and i both picked up a black tank top that had a label attached to the shirt that said 8 dollars (keep in mind every black shirt in the pile read 8 dollars. there was about 20) we made our way to the cash where we waited in a line for nearly 10 minutes with only one cashier open. finally it was our turn and our total rang up to almost 25 dollars (which clearly isnt right)

Usually they have what I'm looking for. The prices are always good. My only issue is the constant lineups, with only 2 staff members on cash. The cashiers ate always calling for backup, but no one ever comes to help them.

Not the best staff, hard to work with. I’ve never had an issue in the many years I’ve been shopping here but today was a change. Terrible interaction with Brenda and Sylvia, one was in a management position. Hopefully they have better days!
