Quality has dramatically dropped, even though it was already low before. Previous doctors weren't the best at listening to your issues or remembering anything about you, but they were at the least always available. Now, it's impossible to even get a response, and the new rule of having to book an appointment to get a refill is insane, especially when you can't even contact them for weeks on end. No one answering the phone during work hours, emails and voicemails take up to a week or more to get a response, and the new doctor is quite dismissive of issues with a rule of only one issue per visit... But when it can take upwards of a month to book an appointment, then more than a month to actually have that appointment, well there's simply more than 1 thing to talk about. I have a back issue (sciatica), and A.D.H.D. medication I need to refill, but I can only talk about one thing each visit... So either I don't get my refill, or I deal with my back, then wait 1-2 months to talk about the other. My wife has 3 chronic issues, so her situation is even worse! Ridiculous, after 3 years with this clinic I am searching for another, and DO NOT recommend this place in any way.

Where to begin. My daughter and I were both patients of Dr Sayer there. Unfortunately he has left the practice there and now they have a new Dr. there that's only there twice a week. The office is no longer accepting walk ins. We re not allowed to make an appointment with the other doctor in the office. As of November 1st can no longer do fax requests from pharmacies for simple refills. It's going on a landslide downhill fast.On top of all of this God forbid you have to get ahold of them. They have 3 receptionists at times and no one can answer the phone. If i could give a minus 5 stars I would.

I'm receiving great care so far! All staff are quite friendly and helpful. For the first time in a long time, if ever, I feel like my concerns are being heard and taken seriously with each person I've met. Thanks for your patience, understanding, and for making me feel comfortable in your environment.

I do not recommend this clinic, unless you guys want to wait 2 hours and deal with the worst service by the manger Michelle.

Super inconvenient with the new doctor and new rules.Shes in maybe once or twice a week. You can't get a refill without an appointment you need to book multiple weeks out. So out of luck if you can't make time on the one day shes in a week. Before the appointment only rule came into effect I called them multiple times asking for a refill on my anti depressants before I left the province for a week as I was completely out. Didn't get refilled until after I was back and they finally checked their messages. I was unaware at the time of the new doctor and was expecting a quick refill after a short call like usual. This isn't even for controlled substances like painkillers. Any prescription requires an appointment. They insist on a meet and greet and then are confused at why you're there for a meet and greet. Then schedule you a month out for a check up instead of just doing it then. Told my wife she wants to get her on antidepressants due to work stress without checking anything or doing any tests and then said doing that will have to wait a month to another appointment instead of just filling it out right then when that would just be a quick prescription. Something that can be done in moments. They don't respect your time and just want people in the seats. No bedside manner. No care for the patients or their time. They overbook and then even on quick appointments like a meet and greet will have you waiting for an hour or more before the doctor comes in the room so be prepared for an exceedingly long wait. There's no walk ins and appointments are strictly one question or issue per so what's the hold up.Its a bad experience since Dr Sayer left. One quick phone call and you'd have an appointment or a prescription refill and you only needed to go in if you actually needed to see the doctor.

GP is patient-centered. Clinic also provides great care for heart problems including echicardiograms, ekg, and holter monitor. I feel lucky to have Dr Shaikh as my GP.

They should really add a 0 star rating, because this place deserves nothing to show my gratitude; manager Michelle is horrible, they are trespassing me for someone else issue.

Dr. Mandi Ibrahim is the best Family Doctor, but unfortunately there is a lady there named Michelle whos the manger, shes very rude and treats the patient with a strong tone, she has no place to be a manger.

I emailed to book an appointment. Was told I can’t make an appointment with Dr. Sayer, and then they asked me to come in as a walk-in. I get there and the rude receptionist tells me “there’s no doctor here today”. Turned me away after I took time off work and paid for parking (their parking lot holds only a handful of cars and they share it with the 5-star dentist upstairs). How are you operating as a medical center without a doctor on site?I just needed my prescription renewed. The pharmacy is a 5-star but the medical center and especially the receptionists are a negative 4.

Long wait times even when you come to your appointment on time. Very rude blond receptionist her name is Renee she doesn’t know how to respectfully talk to the patients and always yelling. They book more than one patient at the same time, and No body answers the phone
