If I could give Long and Mcquade Chilliwack 6 stars, I would.It’s the people that make the place. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful, but they're also incredibly friendly! The store itself, has a good space, is well stocked.If you're looking to be taken care of as as customer and want to feel great about every detail of your experience, go to this store, they're simply outstanding!

Long and Mcquade is one of the classic businesses that try to do what's right and not just what's profitable. You'll see this in policies like their warranties (just 4% of the product price per year of warranty, no minimums as far as I can tell).Hard to know why music store staff would ever NOT be friendly, but they're friendly and always down for a chat to help you iron out a gear (or other) issue.There are many circumstances where I have an opportunity to buy something used, but if the deal isn't severe I'll just buy it at L&M knowing that it'll be covered under warranty. It's the type of place that makes you feel secure about your purchase, and it feels like the staff are empowered to make decisions that they feel that are actually RIGHT (not just whatever the blind corporate policy is).One of the stores to remind you why retail is still relevant today.

The best music store with tons of products to spend all your money on. Remember to wife price guys so you don't get in trouble spending to much like I do. The staff is extremely helpful and instructors rock! My 11yr old is loving the drum lessons. I highly recommend getting lessons there. And I am a guitar instructor but qork for myself not them but I do suggest LM for guitar lessons too.
