I have seen dozens of practitioners for ongoing issues with my shoulders and hips. I learned more about my body in the first appointment with Nicole than I have in the decade leading up to it. My shoulder no longer hurts, my posture and breathing have improved, and I am much more aware and in tune with my body as a whole. Pain shouldn’t be something you just learn to live with.The clinic has just completed a beautiful renovation. The space is very clean, the team professional and polite. I feel so lucky to have been introduced to manual osteopathy, Urban Massage and Nicole.Thank you, Nicole and Team!

I have ventured to St. Albert from South-Central Edmonton on multiple occasions just to indulge in the unique massage therapies offered at Urban Massage & Wellness! I have yet to find a massage therapy clinic that offers such a wide variety of specialties, and the atmosphere that Nicole and her team have created there is very welcoming. I couldn't recommend them enough, particularly for vocal massage, traditional Thai massage, and even a seated chair massage. They truly have something for everyone.

I’ve gone to three appointments now and I absolutely love it here! I get deep tissue done, it does wonders and I always feel so much better. I see Leilane every time I go and she’s wonderful. The ladies at the front are always so nice and welcoming.

I am traveling across Canada and was looking for a place to help my tired body recoup from the long drives.So grateful to have found Urban Massage and Wellness. I had the red light therapy, a massage with Leilane and an osteopath session with Jason. I have experienced a lot of these types of services and honestly say that these were ones worth coming back for. Also the owner of the clinic Nicole was so pleasant and helpful.The clinic has such a calm, positive, and friendly vibe.

I've been to SO many massage places to try to find the best deep tissue where they will actually be able to repair the issue vs just temporary pain management or relaxation. Renata is a master and I've recently been going to Jason for osteopath and he is an absolute magician. He's been able to pinpoint where pain issues are stemming from and has helped create an actual path towards healing. I had never gone to osteopathy before and I can say that it's been a total game changer. I've seen a few others at urban as well and they have each been really great. I'm so happy to have found this place.

I love coming here to get a deep tissue from Renata! She really gets in there good! Hard to get in to see her though is the only thing, I guess that just means she is good at what she does! They direct bill and the prices seem to be on par... This is actually my first and only massage experience so I don't have a lot to compare it to.

Called in to book my spouse and myself in for a massage, was able to get in the next day. Gave a heads up to the receptionist that I was pregnant and would be just shy of 14 weeks (13+5), not thinking this would be an issue, as in my prior pregnancy I started receiving massage therapy monthly at the 12 week mark.We drove in from out of the city, just shy of an hour, only for me to be denied my massage because I was not 14 weeks. While I completely understand that it is up to the discretion of the therapist ( I unfortunately did have some very early losses in my first two pregnancies in 2019 and 2020 that I did write in my intake form), the whole situation was very disheartening and disappointing. Why bother filling out the intake information ahead of time if no one reads it until you arrive for your appointment? Why does it state on your website that a person can receive prenatal massage after 12 weeks, when I was told 14. The receptionist heard my weeks wrong while I was booking (she wrote down 17). At least both my husband and myself were not charged, but this whole experience has me unwilling to try to return here again. Giving two stars instead of one because we were able to book in last minute, and neither therapist charged us for the services that we ended up not receiving / not wanting to receive once I was denied.For anyone pregnant trying to book here, double confirm that you will actually be able to receive your service before driving to your appointment.

Highly recommend! Nicole and her team are very professional and friendly. I went in and saw Brandy. She was amazing! I’ve had issues with shoulder pain and headaches. She was very knowledgeable and I walked out feeling relaxed and can’t wait to come back!
