EcoClean Maids is the best place for air duct cleaning!!! This was an easy and efficient way to get the job done. The online payment option was fast and home pick-up and delivery was all done without any hassles. My rug was returned looking like new. I'm impressed, to say the least. My tenant hired this company to clean their apartment after moving out. The cleaner who went in did absolutely nothing. There was visible dirt on the floor, kitchen counters, stove etc. When the tenant called to explain that the job had not been done they required that she send a video of the dirt as proof that the job was not done. To me, this is absolutely atrocious customer service. After sending the video they agreed to come the next day. I reviewed the apartment right after they left. I gave their cleaning job a 7/10 until I saw a gooey mess on the floor in the kitchen. I would never hire this company. Horrible quality and terrible customer service.
