Order processing, packaging and contents were fine. Shipping and customer service were abysmal. Buy somewhere else if you can avoid Mouser.Ordering and checkout were fine. However, the package arrived 20 after ordering, with an estimate of 1-2 days at checkout. The shipper screwed-up and appears to have either delivered the package to the wrong spot or lost it.Mouser's handling of the shipper's mistake was poor customer service. When I asked for a refund, they refused, despite the package at that point being two weeks late. They said that the lost package had to be returned to them first, which is absurd. They also refused to ship a replacement without charge, which is unreasonable. Only a threat of a chargeback seems to have made the package actually show up.

Excellent experience with Ingrid, CSR on the order desk. I work for a large multinational company with lots of moving parts. She was able to help get out Canadian account set up, navigate our 1st order and speed up shipping. I have deal with many suppliers and CSR's over the years and I can tell when I get a good one. Excellent service

Amazing customer service from Mouser for rectifying a problem with shipping.

Very bad shipping progress lately. I ordered nearly 300 ICs, that showed in stock available to ship immediately. One day after my order was placed, they are stating it's on back order with no ETA. Why did your site show that they were in stock to ship right away when they are not? Did you send them to another client of more importance and shove me aside? When I pay for 2 day shipping, that is what I expect to get. In this case, there's no way they can honor the shipping window. Covid is winding down, so I don't really see this as an excuse anymore. If you say you can ship immediately and have them in stock, you should honor it. I will give this a bit more time, and then will be requesting my money back. Absolutely horrible to do this to a long time customer. Very disappointed.

Worst service ever. I bought an electronic parts, it arrived broken. I asked for a return, they gave me an return label .But the parcel was sending back to me because Mouser refused it.The communication with the client service is a joke ... They don't understand and don't take care of my case . I have the feeling to speak with a wall.I advise you to make your purchase anywhere else...

I sent an email to them asking if they carried a particular capacitor and they insisted that I supply them with a bunch of personal information including my address in order to tell me if the carry the item I was seeking. Very bizarre. I'm not looking to buy weapons. I found it elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I needed a specific pressure transducer, they had exactly what I was looking for. Less than 24 hours after ordering I had my product.

Product was as described. Estimated shipping cost was not told to me. 1 week estimated ship date, 5 weeks later. And charged 700.00 shipping for a 45lb 300.00 order.. Surprise!Never purchase from this company.
