Domino's Pizza

I can only base this off my personal experience - and it's a review that's long coming I suppose. For a while our experience was bad here, but that was years ago. I suppose having a good team that cares helps and makes all the difference. The last 6 orders I have placed have been flawless I will try to post a pic later - but I have appreciated the care I get when I order usually between 6pm - 9pm. Who ever working those shifts thank you. The drivers have been professional as well; they don't delay delivery once the order is ready to go, and if they get lost all they do is reach out. I wrote a review on KFC dreadful delivery last night, how I had waited an hour, they called me once but couldn't reach, then gave up and brought the food back without another attempt; forcing us to cancel that order and order from dominoes who literally took 20-25 minutes from cook to our door. We tip very well, and I found the drivers here respect that and don't give up looking for a townhouse because it's dark but actually walk around the units (which takes no more than 2 minutes) to deliver. So again thank you, I am very pleased, and so was my family - as our order history shows, we will be ordering again so long as this level of professionalism continues.

I ordered pizza, asked to make it crispy, it wasn’t crispy at all. Went back to tell about it, staff member ignored me when I entered, than I called them and told, she said this is the crispiest one we have.Customer service: 0 starFood quality:1 star

I used to be a long time customer of the Domino's in my area. However, I'm done with thier cheap pizza making. Forget little toppings amount. Now I'm getting ultra thin pizzas that you can almost see though in natural light. Sooo thin. It tears like paper when you try to seperate a piece they don't really even cut to begin with. Just sadsack pizza. You'd be better as a paper plant.

This is the worst Domino's I have ever had. We're in from out of town, and decided on Domino's. It's a decision we regretted once we got our food. The crust was dry, tough, and cardboard-like. The pizzas themselves were also dry and lacking in sauce, cheese, or flavour. I have eaten a lot of Domino's in my day, and back home we live down the street from a Domino's. I can confidently say that the pizzas we received were nowhere near the quality or standards that the company expects. Disappointing.

Very disgusted with this this pizza. Terrible no cheese hardly at all. Very dried out. So disappointed. Tasted like day old.

Brooklyn style pizza here is awesome!! Grab the coupon on the website to get a sick deal. The website inconsistencies are why only 4 stars, it's proven to be down or non responsive many times. This isn't the fault of the Parkhill Road team tho.. That location deserves 5 stars all the way.. Get on corporate to fix that site franchise owners!!

It's Domino's so the pizza is good. Don't bother with curbside pickup. It's a service they claim they offer but do not. Multiple instances of staff standing around doing nothing, you just have to go in and get it anyways.

Thank you for responding. Although your staff was excellent and fast with service. That food was a little over cooked and when I opened the box, it came together in a clump and made it harder to eat. The food wasn’t horrible, however, I was looking forward to your brownies, which came as a clump in the box.

The one staff member was amazing. I had to wait a lil longer for a new pizza because it dropped or something and he offered us a drink. Apologized. Gave me a bit of a discount. Was super nice! Busy place and the food was excellent!
