Great experience dealing with Optimized Flooring. Fair price, and the job was done on time and looks great. Mike was a pleasure to work with as he carpeted the new home theatre room in my basement, which had a bunch of unique areas you don't typically find in a standard room. Mike did an amazing job on my carpet repair. My dog had torn up a small piece one day and I honestly thought I needed to replace the whole carpet. Mike came buy and was able to repair the carpet. You can't see where the patch was done, it's seamless. It looks awesome! Mike I really appreciate it! I highly recommend!
