I am a pro contractor and my customer purchased 3 fire rated doors from this place .the doors are installed with only one half inch screws and one each for a hinge.Its supposed to be pre hung and ready to be installed. They did not supply the alen key to ajust the tension of the closing hinge . And some person with zero experience cut the slots for the hinge . Its total nock off stuff . When i contected them they was very unprofessional and rude i tried to post pic. This page dont give me a option

Was able to get a free replacement for a kitchen faucet that malfunctioned after almost one year. The owner Jaz is a very soft spoken and friendly person. He showed his understanding to our problem and immediately agreed to give another piece free of cost.The staff is also very friendly. Over all a place with excellent customer service.

Dont but from this shop, they overcharge and have hidden charges which they dont tell at time of purchase. When you go for return or exchange they charge extra fees.BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I am a contractor. I personally advise you not to buy anything from this store. I got my stuff delivered, tiles and corners were damaged. When I call their front desk, first of all, they didn’t accept their fault. Then they were like, “ we’ll call you back”They never called, even not picking my calls. Thanks guys for your best service

If I have to go to a place and not be served because I'm not a race and be put on a back burner and not be helped that's wrong but overall I will never shop or buy there if you're not one of them good luck so if you need to buy something go to the Canadian store let's support our own peoples instead
