The reviews explained it all, they focus more on the their parking spots and sticking no parking flyers on vehicles than the next customer in line. 20 registers with 2 staff.

Not sure if they make money from all the advertisements they blast when you’re on hold over the phone, but they sure love to leave you on hold.The past three times I’ve called (all separate days/times), I’ve been put on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up and trying a different store.

They carry lots of good brands but found their engine and gear oil selection to be lacking my last visit. Their parts people (aside from one that I've spoken with) are all very knowledgable and willing to help. Shipping for parts they're out of stock of tends to be very fast. Prices can be quite a bit steeper than what you find online or at other Canadian retailers.

Generally I love this place, but when I'm standing at the counter waiting for my change, I don't appreciate that the girl stopped counting my change to look at the phone of the other girl on till. You can look at Facebook on your own time, not mine. I had to ask her to please stop looking at the phone and count my change. Unimpressed with the girls on till today.

Don't bother trying to phone them. I was put on hold and disconnected twice. On the third try I told the person who answered that I had been disconnected multiple times and she told me to hang in there" then put me back on hold. 10 minutes later I was disconnected again. Called Chieftain who were friendly and sorted out the part I needed in under 2 minutes."
