I'm out of town and recently ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral service in town, received amazing customer service, quality product for price, and done and delivered on time. Very disappointed in the service. Flowers were for a 40th birthday and were not delivered on the day requested. Reason given was they must have got lost in the mix. Not acceptable when paying a delivery charge.
