Edit: After the owners reply, we called the company to see what they would do about it. They sent a small bouquet as an apology. It wasn't of equal value but it was a gesture. So added 2 stars.Very dissapointed. they didn't deliver same day eventhough their website says they deliver same day for orders placed before 5pm. It was very expensive for an arragement that had two broken flowers out of seven stems and a whole lot of green filler. And the flowers weren't fresh.

I am from Alberta and today I ordered an arrangement for a friend Greenfield Park, QC who is recovering. I didn't order until noon but the beautiful arrangement was delivered within two hours on the Canada Day weekend Saturday!! I am extremely impressed and very grateful that you helped me bless my friend who lives so far away from me <3

After waiting almost 15 minutes for someone to come help to pick flowers in the fridge, cause customer aren't allowed, I just left... Two ladies in the back saw me and never came to help.. probably cause I am young ? Nonetheless I went somewhere else.Edit: I didn't call them even tought they replied to call them. You shouldn't have to feel that way as a client, especially if you are young. I know flowers are usually a more grownup" standard. But trust me

I live in Winnipeg and phoned them to order a custom bouquet, to be delivered in Longueuil to my dad on March 15th 2023. I was told that it was beautiful but lasted only 4 days, then dried up and had to be thrown away, not long enough to reach his birthday. These flowers were supposedly fresh out of shipping boxes. I regret having trusted the woman on the phone who took my order. Did she feel she could lie to me because of the distance? That I would not find out about this? Very disappointing. That was not money well spent. Beware if you don't see the flowers with your own eyes, you will be sold leftovers past their due date.
