Place is beautiful but the token games are a huge scam , it doesn’t matter how many times you catch a surprise the claws are so weak they can’t even lift a key chain ne’er mind a soft bear , I know these machine can be programmed and the strength of the claw can be chosen by the owner , he has chose to put them at the minimum, I was there for 30 min and none got a price because the claws are not able to hold anything and people were getting stuff but the claw would drop it always, huge scam.

My four year old daughter enjoyed her time here. The playground and play area looks like a lot of fun for the kids. The seating area for the parents could use a better set up. The prices and passes are a bit confusing.

Just had my daughter’s 8th Birthday here. We had 17 kids and it was absolutely fantastic! The food included was amazing and all laid out so beautifully. The staff were so great too, there for anything we needed. Couldn’t be happier!! Thank you Flyoland! We are so glad you are here in Nanaimo!

Lots of fun, my 3 and 5 year old loved it. Huge ball pit with obstacles to navigate, lots of slides, things to climb, things to go through, ropes and everything is padded! Will definitely be going back. There are also claw machines and Virtual Reality for an extra charge. Also birthday party areas.

It was a great time. Only improvement would be more space at the entrance when coming in. There was a significant amount of congestion at the counter for the staff and customers.

Thank you so much for opening such a cool place for kids in our city! My kids spent wonderful time here, we will be back for sure! We will be recommending this place for locals and for friends who will be visiting the Island❤️☀️Everything is clean and new, big team, interesting place for kids of different age. You can book Birthday parties there as well. I am planning to visit this place during rainy days and hot summer. Check it out, you will be excited❤️

Stopped in to try the virtual reality ride and it was $10 per kid for literally 3.5 minutes. Can you say rip off? Especially when even the kids said it lame.

Thank you to whoever opened this place!! It's fantastic! Great set up, clean, friendly staff, reasonable price and best of all the parent can go up and play with their kids! I had just as much fun as the kids did. We will be back regularly.

Didnt really like the VR, Had old graphics, Made my head hurt, The gameplay was okay.. Everything else was great but i docked 1 star bc of the VR.
