Holland optical has the best selection of glasses in Chatham. Also the staff is extremely helpful and the turnaround on glasses is very quick. You couldn't ask for anything more!

Holland is a fantastic place to get glasses and sunglasses. I have shopped here for years. Al, Tasha and the whole team is wonderful. Family run businesses just seem to ‘get it’ and they treat customers like friends. I never feel rushed or pressured or ‘upsold’ on things I don’t need. I wear glasses every day, all day long so I need the best product available. They help me match what I need.

I broke my glasses at work and was unable to keep working without them, I ran all over Chatham and Holland Optical was our last stop.They were so kind and incredibly empathetic and worked with me to help me get new glasses the next morning so I could get back to work. They even patched my old ones together for me.I'm so incredibly grateful, thank you.

I jumped into Holland Accu-Optical for the first time ever today after getting bounced around by another optometrist in town. The staff were incredibly friendly and really down to earth. They had an optometrist who was willing to check me out during his lunch break just to accomodate me when I showed up with next to zero notice. In summation, I can't say enough good things about the customer service here! the staff all deserve a pat on the back ✋

I do not expect this center to be respected. I asked for glasses to be made for me two months ago, and after a week it was finished. But I did not feel comfortable wearing them. I asked for the bill to pay the bill. They told me that you do not have to pay until you are comfortable wearing the glasses. After two weeks, I still do not feel comfortable. They gave me an appointment to see the doctor again. But the dispute was that someone gave me an appointment, and after 3 days the secretary called me and gave me another appointment. I lost focus and was late. They told me you had to pay 50 dollars. And I discussed with the person the possibility of not paying, but in the end I will pay if I have to pay. The person called me today and said you have to pay, I told him I am ready, but if it is possible to deduct the 50 dollars and I am discussing with him, he told me this is a lie, so I asked him if I was lying, he said yes you A liar and he repeated it twice. I went to the juror at first, he denied that he said you are a liar, and then he repeated the word liar several times and I told him that you are a liar. He was a disrespectful man and he surprised me with his words. I paid the amount due and left the glasses and did not take anything. I wanted to tell my story so that every customer knows that this man in this center is disrespectful.

Amazing staff and customer service, they all went above and beyond! I broke my only pair of glasses and they fit me in for an eye exam within 10 minutes of calling. They had my new glasses ready by the following morning! Can't say enough great things about the staff. Definitely recommend!

This was probably the greatest customer service experience I've ever had. They will treat you like family. I had a young lady named Tasha help me find the perfect pair and now I actually look forward to wearing my glasses! so happy I made the decision to go to Holland optical.
