Pale Moon Tattoo

My daughter had her navel pierced today and Katelynn was wonderful! My daughter couldn't stop talking about how nice she was and how she made her feel comfortable! My husband Craig and I are very happy with the service. We will definitely go back for more peircings!!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The shop isclean and well taken care of! Drew is so talented and pays attention to the littlest of details which I appreciate! Their shop is capable of doing multiple styles!I have also gotten a piercing which in itself was an amazing experience! They have a lot of jewelry to choose from!They always provide clear instructions for after care for both piercings and tattoos. Would highly highly highly recommend!!

I got a piercing here, she did a really nice job. She was really thorough and with everything as well. Really quick communication and easy to make an appointment. I love the environment of the shop, super cool and great music too. I will definitely be coming back!

This is a really nice shop, everything is very clean and they always take proper steps to disinfect everything. I had my first tattoo here with Drew and it was a great experience, the tattoo is very detailed and healed perfectly, she provided lots of information on how to take care of it and how to prepare before the tattoo. I also have gotten a nostril piercing here from katelynn and it was also a great experience, the position was perfect and she asked lots of questions before hand to make sure everything went smoothly and you are getting exactly what you wanted. She also provided free aftercare and lots of information on how to take care of your piercing. Overall this is a great shop and everyone is very friendly. I will be going here again and definitely recommended to people I know to go here too!

I had a helix that was having issues healing and the jewellery I bought from a different place kept opening up. Katie took the time to help me get them changed out and I was so thankful. Great quality jewellery and Katie was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Also love the vibe of the store!

Had gone in to get Drew to do a tattoo peice. She had said on the day of the tattoo I could see the drawing however in my years of experience with getting work done a artist usually shows you the drawing way before it gets put on you. So I decided to go in today to see how it was gonna look Drew saw me and instead of letting me ask a few things (due to my anxitites) she looked at me and in a stern voice said NO you are not seeing the picture, you will see it on the day of the tattoo. Wow right infront of another client. This was uncalled for I won't ever deal with this establishement again. I understand peoples jobs may be hard and that sometimes things can be tense but to come at me for my mental health and do that is a Huge NO NO. They need to work on people skills and how to deal with the public.*** Owner followed up with me (Donavon) and told me if u couldn't follow shop protocol he wasn't interested in seeing me after I emailed him saying I would go to my own private tattoo artist. He also told me if they had to show everyone pictures of there work they couldn't keep up with there clients! Wow what a joke.... And then accused my wife of things that were very inaccurate.**** Again not impressed.

I had my nose pierced by Katelyn and she did a fabulous job. Everything was clean, organized and she really knew what she was doing. She was very professional and told me what to expect with the piercing, the healing process, and aftercare. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a piercing. Thanks again, Katelyn!

What an awesome experience! I have been planning the layout of my tattoo for years. It needed to be perfect. Drew took my vision and turned it into a work of art! I told her “if the microphone isn’t perfect, I’m going to hate the whole tattoo” (no pressure right?!?) When I saw the tattoo for the first time, I got emotional. It exceeded my expectation! The lines were so crisp and beautiful! The shading was perfect! I absolutely love my tattoo. And I treasure the time that we got to spend together. Time to start planning another one.Thanks Drew! ❤️

The BEST place to go. I’ve had experiences with other piercers and no one compares to Katelynn. Kind, chatty and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I wasn’t nervous at all. I was unsure about what piercings I wanted to get going into the appointment and she gave great advice on what would suit me. She gave me all possibilities for what I could choose to get pierced and I ended up leaving with two new piercings. Great environment and great people. Will be coming here again and will recommend it to my friends/family.
