Ordered coffee and sundae, both were good. Service was good too, no issues. But I don't know for what reason they had a board saying no refills. I didn't wanted but not sure why they were restricting others who might like to have. Moreover, there was no pop/ water dispenser. They also had so many cartons displayed on the right, which was so off putting for a restaurant.

This McDonald's has topped my list of worst places to get food. ahead of even the westbank McDonald's. my food was thrown on the counter at me. the fries looked like they were cooked hours ago. and I was given the wrong burger. I was not spoken to once by staff during my visit (I used the self order) but not even a have a good day" I can add this to the small list of places I will not return. I highly suggest avoiding this one."

What a disappointing meal. I don't think anything can be so disgusting as the meal we had today at this location. The restaurant was closed I guess due to not enough workers. So you had to go through the drive-thru , we ordered and proceeded to the first window which I don't know if they even understood the order it wasn't that hard. I had ordered the new chicken mccrispy and my husband had ordered a quarter pounder no cheese. We got to the pay window and she said no cheese and we said yes no cheese and said something that the chicken had cheese on it which it does not we paid got our order and went and parked. I opened my chicken and was thoroughly disgusted it was an overcooked blackened piece of chicken maybe even a day or two old who knows it was uneditable but I was not able to even go into the restaurant and complain because their door was locked see the photos I have posted. I'm glad this was just a restaurant we stopped in on our way through Kelowna. I think we should have driven to another restaurant instead. The add doesn't even look like the chicken l ordered.

Well just had the worst order of fries! Whwnever I go to McD's the fries are always the same. I love them. That's why I always go back. So I don't know what happened but I think they double dipped them.. They were almost burnt. Dry and cold. I had my order to go. Otheerwise I would have gone back. Didn't eat them yuk!

We were told they were out of fries even though they kept serving fries other orders after ours right in front of our eyes after waiting for 30 mins! We left without getting any food, did not offer any alternative. Really bad customer service experience.

I cannot explain the amount of shear pleasure the cheese burger and nuggets made me feel. This combo was like a rainbow combustion on my taste buds. 100% would go again thank you McDonald's. This meal mended my relationship with McDonald's once again.

Ordered a BigMac, a Quarter pounder and 3 happy meals for my kids. Patties were so dry. It almost felt like a carboard. not sure if this is a norm for all McDonald's or just this particular location. The patty on BigMac was not big at all. They look like those patties used for kids burger. Again not sure if this is a norm or just this location. Coffee was surprisingly good, but I guess I am not coming back for a while.

Just your average Maccies stop, shop and scran. I had to wait full time for my fries AFTER my smoothie and burger was ready.And for some reason no tables had electric sockets.... At all. Disappointing
