Came here Sunday looking for a phone plan, and was advised due to my location to consider alternative plans given their coverage. Their candidness and honesty in putting customer first is highly appreciated, and I would definitely consult here again if I moved to a place with better coverage.

The staff were informative, patient with questions, friendly and helpful. However, the location under mall skylights withthe glaring hot sun on the kiosk was unbearable so we wanted to leave quickly. It should be illegal to make employees work in those conditions. Nonetheless, the staff found us an amazing deal for cellphone and service.

Bad coverage and very expensive. They can say there’s good offers for data and that’s true but coverage is too bad. Believe me, decide well before you got it

I thought that maybe there was something better out there for my cell needs. Nope I came right back after 3 months. Great price , terrific plans tailored to each person's needs. I've brought majority of my friends and family members to Freedom. I wont change again, who likes paying more to have way less?Not me. Thankx Freedom!

I'm giving five stars because this is for reviewing the store and I got a great plan for a very good price. However, I went back to Bell after a month because Freedom coverage is TERRIBLE. There's no point in having a data plan if you're rarely connected to their network. There are many places in Greater Vancouver where I couldn't even text and call!

Never recommend this place! I was there last evening and just wanted to upgrade my phone. They are taking advantage of COVID-19 situation and don't let people in the store.One of the staff gave information and price for the plan to my husband and then just let me in the store for the paperwork and then changed the price and gave the same plan with more monthly payment. I.'m sure it was a trick!!! I'm so unhappy becuse they are not honest.

This store is good and kind guys. But I really want you guys to know about freedom mobile quality.My 4 family members are using almost 2 yrs. We missed many times from someone's calling. especially poirier library in Coquitlam area and metro and willingdon ave. area. Most terrible thing is that promotion is expired before 3 months contract remained. So I have to pay more about $18 from now to May. They just told me this is freedom policy. otherwise I have to Choose another option for 6 month more .. I just let you guys remind that Don't fall for cheap data plan.From 10. May, my family will free from freedom. Thanks.
