I loved this hair salon!! I had Elona style my hair she was amazing. Her communication and interpersonal skills were incredible it felt like I was having a chat with a good friend. She is also a bit of a perfectionist which I absolutely loved because she was so careful and precise while cutting my hair. Super professional. Overall a great experience and beautiful hair cut

It has been few years that I am going to this salon to get my hair colour/cut and to wax my eyebrowsWhen I am in this place it makes me relax, because the staff are friendly that I feel home and my stylist is always funny and at the same time professionalI write this after few years of going there because for once I went to another salon in Hamilton because I was going to a party and felt the difference in the serviceIf anyone cares about clean place friendly and professional staff than this is the salon I recommendOne of the best salons in Toronto

I went to this salon twice for very basic hair cut. Both times staff were nice and polite. Both times hair cut I received was not good at all. Second time the lady didn’t even spray water on my hair and cut my hair while it was dry and she didn’t even properly divided my hair before cutting it. She cut my front hair while she was not even standing in front of me and she was standing at my side. I had never seen this before. I was so surprised by the unprofessional way she put the scissors into my dry hair and cut the wrong chunk of my side hair instead of front hair. Very disappointed and still waiting for my hair to grow back so that I can get proper haircut.Although I always love to support women’s business and respect women who work hard, but hopefully owner will expect some higher lever of professionalism from hair dressers moving forward. With all my respect, I don’t recommend this salon.

Great service. The haircutting lady was fine. Informed me about all her trimming plans so that I could say what changes I was okay with. Cash lady was also very fine. Helped me with my coat and bag and kept on saying how beautiful my hair was (even though it isn’t lol). Definitely recommend.

It is hard to find a patient hairstylist who can work with kids with autism. Sandra was amazing in taking care of my kid’s haircut. She even was able to convince him to change to a modern haircut. Sandra cares enough for her clients and she will recommend what is best for you. It is a pleasure to have our hair done by someone who is a professional and also enjoys what she does.

I walked in for blow-dry. My hair was damp so the hairstylist didn't wash my hair and decided on using a large amount of leave-in conditioner in my hair. I had requested a blowout and as she started the service I noticed the round brushes she was using were extremely dirty filled with hair. I had then requested to just blow-dry it straight (so that she wouldnt be using more brushes in my hair as she was using multiple and leaving them in.) The blow-dry experience itself felt rushed and my finished hair ended up flat and oily. The stylist then said I have oily hair which is not the case since I had just washed it and didn't apply any hair product in my hair only the large amount of leave-in conditioner that the stylist applied before the blowout. At the end of the service I was charge $67.80 which is a large amount especially since I didn't get my hair washed and the service was rushed. I did ask the stylist about the amount and she reduced it to $55 however the woman at the front desk said she was unable to change the amount since she already punched it in the system. She then was giving the stylist a hard time to change it and I ended up paying the full amount of $67.80Unfortunately due to my experience I wouldn't recommend this salon.

I really like this hair salon!!! The environment is clean, organized, safe, and comforting. Sandra and the staff are super kind, friendly, welcoming, professional, and understanding. Sandra provides excellent service and is enthusiastic. I really enjoy coming here:)

I've been going to Premier Hair Center for about three years. They have an outstanding customer service and results. They use amazing products which leaves my hair smooth and shiny after the coloring process. Would highly recommend this place!!

If you want to come out with a very botched and short haircut then you should go here. She didn’t even look at the photo I provided (mid length just above the chest very minimal layers). First red flag was she didn’t confirm with me length before cutting and then proceeded to layer my hair very roughly.You should definitely spend the extra money on somewhere better. My hair is too short and messed up to fix unless I want to look like a man. Will have to spend $1000 on hair extensions now.
