Great service and great experience overall!! We recently replaced the AC, Furnace, and humidifier in our home. Mike was great during the initial consultation. He was very thorough, took the time to explain everything and ensured we chose the heating and cooling solution that best met our needs. We wanted the AC compressor relocated away from our patio space, and special thanks to Allan for stopping by the same day to see if it was feasible before we scheduled the installation. I can't thank Fabian and his team Orbick and Shawn enough for the fantastic work they did with the installation. We also had our ducts cleaned a few days later: James and Vince did a great job with that as well. He took the time to assess my specific needs and provided me with expert advice on the most suitable AC unit for my home. They arrived promptly and were well-prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. The installation process was smooth, efficient, and carried out with great precision. Today these gentlemen came to remove our old AC and furnace units and to replace them with a new heat pump system. For this installation they did everything from installing new concrete tiles, completely re-routing the power and refrigerant lines, new water lines for a built-in humidifier, etc. Overall this process took about 8 hours, but was incredibly difficult given the very limited space available as out basement was already finished. During this process, these gentlemen were absolutely professional, agreeable, clean - we had no blemishes on walls, or damaged drywall - and proficient at their work (might I add that they did a spectacular job on the cleanliness of the outdoor wiring). I would completely recommend this service to anyone else, and would continue to seek their services in the future for continued maintenance.

Our broken AC and old furnace units needed to be replaced and we decided to do it through Costco which contracted Peel Heating & Air Conditioning. They were incredibly professional and experienced, and made the whole process a hassle-free experience. I was originally expecting an adequate installation given the poor layout of our basement and the problems it would cause. However, not only did they exceed my expectations, but they went above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend them to anyone looking to change out their AC, furnace, or to change to a heat pump system like we did. 5 Stars.
