Boca'O Spain In a Bite
Should rename this truck to a bite from heavens. The burger is a slightly enhanced version of a standard cheddar cheese burger, but with hint of spice, garlic, and balanced saltiness. For $16, I got a burger so big and taste that I would usually see at sit down restaurants. Will definitely return.

Thoroughly enjoyed delicious paella, tortilla, and tabla gran reserva. Everything tasted freshly prepared and authentically seasoned. Staff were great to deal with through the pre-order and pick-up process and we will definitely be back.

Running into Boca'O in Olympic Village literally made my day!Menu is perfect, something for everyone. I had the seafood paella and the croquetas, I didn't leave anything on my plate and ate it all!Service was awesome and very friendly. Can't wait to go back and try more things!

Boca'O Spain In a Bite
(updated 06/21/2022: I've return once again to try Boca'O Spain in a Bite's Paella. Sadly, I was disappointed because Paella weren't on the menu this time. However, the reason why I'm dropping my review from 5 to 3 stars is because the oxtail poutine tasted exceedingly average today compare to what I got last time which was amazing. I'm guessing the service today were rushed and ill prepared, maybe some corners were cut even. On a good day I'd rate Boca'O Spain in a Bite 5/5, but today is not that day. So give this a go if interested, but be warry that their quality is inconsistent)Boca'O Spain in a Bite is a popular Mexican style food truck. And it has got one of the best poutine I have ever tasted, period. The oxtail impart so much flavor into the poutine I was pleasantly surprised right after the first bite. The burger was well layered with a soft fluffy buns with luscious leafy green and picked pepper. and the Cremoso de chocolate is a rich and dense chocolate ganache. The place is quite popular that some of the item that I originally wanted has already sold out but given what I've experienced I looked forward to my next visit to Boca'O.

Walking along a west 2nd Olympic village area and caught this food truck tucked along the corner. Nice colourful foodtruck that stands out so easily caught our attention while walking.Great reminder of food from Spain during my travels.Ordered: Serrano classic sandwich and ox tail patatas bravasFresh ingredients definitely emphasized here. The bread had that fresh bread crunch and tasty Serrano. The ox tail stew was perfect on a cold day over top of the potatoes. There was an option to have it in the form of a burger , which would be an interesting way to try this, but stew was a nice way to have this.Would definitely go back in to try the other menu items.The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Love this authentic spanish Paella, taste just right, not salty! the dish is considered bigger than one person. Will try others next time!

Wow. Happen to walked by and just asked for the must try dish - Paella. Exactly like what other reviews shared, it's mind blowing...super authentic and full of flavour. Checking for their Christmas offering now

Love this food truck, real Spanish higher quality food in Vancouver, we where with friends and try a few of different dishes abs we were very happy. Really a place to try and for sure to come back, thank you guys to bring suck a good products to the area.
