I was there last year with a motorhome and the car we towed behind it. I spoke with you about service and you said everything was right despite what the Ford mechanics next door said when we went there after you could not get the parts but we bought them next door and your people actually broke things on car. I think I was there.

Hats off to Brookside service center for exemplary vehicle repairs and maintenance that we've received. I have been mechanically inclined all my life and it's very hard to find such good service at a reasonable price. The front counter staff and mechanics are very knowledgeable get you back on the road in a the timely manner!

Went in for a front wheel bearing and they stripped the threads on my cv axle. They used 1200 lb pounds of torque on the wheel nut. They made me pay for the cv axle that they broke....not impressed

After two failed attempts by a mechanic to identify the cause of my noise and steering issue, OK Tire identified the issue(s) and repaired them. Finalrepair price was much better than their estimate and work was completed ahead of schedule. Saved a bundle of $$ too. Pro level service and customer service. Five stars.
