Unfortunately, i never got to meet Dr. Silva. I was referred by our family doctor for my mom for kidney problems. Since April, we tried getting an appointment and due to COVID everything kept getting held off. Im very understanding but 3 months later, i still hadnt heard back from this office and i was frustrated. So, once i got a hold of this office, I got a very rude receptionist her name was Nadia, she gave me nothing but attitude, and literally wasnt professional and yelled at me, which i did yell back after her telling me that my family doctor wasnt properly taking care of my moms health, meanwhile my family doctor isnt the specialist for kidneys, and hence the referral. Nadia, told me that if my mothers condition got worse to go to the hospital, and i dont think it should be held off until it gets worse. Nadia, also told me that my moms file wasnt URGENT, so if its not urgent, why couldnt they have the common courtesy to call and tell us that, rather then make my mom with a cyst on her kidneys, wait! Thats urgent to me, and if its not to them, then their is an issue. I told my family doctor about Nadia's attitude and mannerism with me, and how she basically defamed my family doctor, and my doctor will no be referring anymore patients to this office! Maybe you'll have better luck!

Best dr I have ever had very caring staff is amazing as well
