Air Canada customer service at the counter before getting the tickets was horrible. We had booked a family of 5 with three kids under 10 years old. They separated the kids from the parents and sat them far away. They assured us that they would change the seats at the gate. They did this to all the families to sell the kids seats to other passengers and make money out of it. All parents from Montreal to London were suffering because we all ended up a parent with a kid separated by multiple rows. Ridiculous. The managers were rude and unprofessional. They have a system problem and think that is fine. They said we are following the transport law of doing what we can only at the gate. It is a messy airline with low professionalism in their staff. Disgrace. Flew hundreds of airline and this was by far my worst experience.

A very early morning connection to Puerto Rico. I left Ottawa and passed on their breakfast as it was 0400 and there was a layover here for 3 hours. Ottawa's food selection was stunning and I was expecting the same. Didn't happen.The lounge was comfortable and it ended there. The food was atrocious and inedible. The lady that picked up my plate spoke with the manager and he hurried away without even acknowledging the issue. Shouldn't have that job.Although a NEXUS clearance I was ordered to take off my belt and shoes. No other airport asked that in the whole trip. What's the point of having the Trusted Traveler program here at all?I'll take the extra time to go via Toronto where there are many options for the Air Canada lounges.

This lounge is decent. Very basic hot food choices, but it is nice the option for something hot is there. There are plenty of people cleaning and refilling the food options. The soda machine was broken, but there was a refrigerator with cans and bottles to choose from. It can get pretty noisy here with the families that come into the lounge, but we've all been there and it's certainly much quieter than the main concourse level. Definitely much less crowded. When I entered, there wasn't a line. By the time I left, there was a line of at least 3 or 4 groups waiting to enter.

A nice Irish pub on Wellington st. in Verdun. Had a nice fish n' chips dinner with a pint of stout, and good service. Nice evening out.

Excellent lounge with ample food offerings. There is freshly cooked food on demand. The lounge has great views over the gates and the tarmac. Plenty of light and plants. Cosy areas with privacy. Great bar with multiple cocktails made on demand. Staff is very friendly and most helpful. I was there during a busy time yet tables cleaned very often. Great experience! 5* Singapore Airlines should take a look at this and learn....

The food and beverage options are quite ok in this Air Canada frequent flyer lounge. It‘s ok in size, but unfortunately on a Wednesday evening they asked guests in the rear part of the lounge to move forward as they were separating and closing this section, which I could not fully understand due to the number of guests in the lounge and I could find a seat in a dark corner next to the elevator only. Nevertheless I‘m looking forward to return and enjoy some or some more drinks from their bar!

I am a frequent traveler with Air Canada in business class.The seats are not comfortable when it comes to sleeping.We can't move our feet due to the fix Tv desk in front.I have mentioned this before in a direct email. It's highly recommended to clear the area in front of the seat by folding the TV and the table.This will open up a free space to move while sleeping.Other than that, the service is great,and staff are super friendly.Thanks and I hope that this message if executed will give other passengers more confort.

INTERNATIONAL LOUNGE: The brand NEW lounge is gorgeous! Stunning design, nice wine selection, latte and espresso, a bartender (with great bar selection), a tasty menu and plenty of comfortable seating. Showers and towel service are a huge help during a long stay. It’s the best lounge in YVR.
