I find Alex on Google to move.Called a couple of companies, the only one who answered his phone was Alex.The rest went to answering machine only one if those companies called me back the same day.Alex sends a team of three, which I suggest to do it.One of them (Enzo)was an expert and managed the project others were listening and all three of them were working hard.They pack my large items in the 20footer truck! Very professional and organized. I had a couple of dropoffs. Nothing broke everything wrapper with blanket or nylon.Price-wise he has a competitive rate, including insurance.The staff were amiable and helpful.They didn't waste any time.I recommend you to everyone .Will call you again for my next project.

Demar Déménagement Montréal helped us move from West Island to Westmount. The guys Philip, Nazariy, and Jacob provided excellent service. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about dissembling and assembling furniture. They were also very careful and did not mind working hard in the scorching heat (34 degrees). We would use them again and we highly recommend them.

Damaged fridge from last year moving, still no replacement, no reimbursement, they didn’t respond my emails properly. Could not succeed to talk with them on phone. So please someone need to make our situation clear here.

Unfortunately my experience was not satisfying. The movers did the job, everything seemed to be okay until the next morning when I noticed I was missing my jewelry bag.Alex offered me help by investigating but sadly we didn’t get to any conclusion. The movers said they had not seen the bag and there isn’t much to do since the company makes you sign a contract stating they are not responsible for any lost items that were not packed by the movers. Luckily for me, I have a video that proves my jewelry bag was there when the movers first arrived and it's interesting that this is the only lost item.The company tried to settle things by offering me $150 dollars that I did not take because, its not about the money and if it were, $150 is not even close to the things I lost in my jewelry bag (both financial and sentimental) and the feeling of violation I stayed with. I wonder if this would have happen if I was accompanied by a man during the whole process.I believe the company offers a good service in terms of providing information and arranging everything. Alex and the rest of the team that assisted me in order for the move to happen, offered me a friendly and effective service but they should take more precaution in the movers they hire.Alex claims that all the items that we picked up were delivered to the destination address" but that is simply not true."

Excellent experience with Demar. Both on the phone and in person, they were very polite and efficient. After I booked the move, I received a detailed confirmation very quickly. It was a pick up and delivery from over an hour away with heavy/delicate items, and everything was delivered in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I booked this company for my move and was not disappointed! The owner Alex was super informative and friendly over the phone and it was an easy book unlike some other places I had called previously and at a decent price. The two movers who showed up (I can't recall their names but they were young Ukrainians) were incredibly friendly and helpful! It made a stressful day much easier. They disassembled my bed frame & even re-assembled it for me at my new apartment. 10/10 - would definitely recommend & book again!
