Dollarama

A fine experience at this store, it has many items which other dollaramas don't have. Would recommend to anyone who needs something quick and for a cheap price.

Cashier seem to be having a bad day. No greeting. I told her we are paying cash, she said we can pay cash.We scanned everything including glass stuff and we asked her for wrapping, she told us after everything done, she will give in the end . Later when we finished scanning, she brought some wrapping sheets and dumped in our cart.We asked her to help pack and we had two items in our had and her reply was I have only two hands !We tried to put cash in machine and didn't take, she literally took effort to show us on next self check out that it says no 100$ bills. I was controlling myself and asked her that's all we have and we didn't read it. She called a supervisor and she gave us change.And we finished transaction.Before leaving we thanked the cashier very nicely for her help and I even said hope you have a better rest of the day.She probably realized and said next time just ask us to help on counter.It wasn't first cold interaction at this location and same cashier, that's why I posted. Don't want to post her name. Hope it gets better.Honestly it was a very frustrating situation.

My mother simply wanted them to honor the price of some mushroom she had purchased but instead of helping the manager" so she said finally got off her phone and refused to sell her the product she asked. Than after my mother said she would be reporting her to the store manager she hide behind a employee and shouted your harassing me while filming on her phone. Absolutely disgusting customer service."

This store is very well run and effectively laid out in numbered aisles, making searching for what you wish very easy.It also has self checkout..handy for customers in a hurry, or with few items.Very well stocked and quickly restockedHowever most of the items exceed $2 and sometimes $3 or $40...and they seldom have enough cashiers.

I am always amazed at selection and so many brand name goods at super prices. Really should look here first before hitting other stores!

For some reason, this location only has banned more than 2 teenagers in there at once, which means my friends and I can’t go in there together anymore.

Came in few days ago for some ziplocks and I was racially profiled by this worker named Laura , she made a whole ruckus saying I was stealing even though I truly did nothing . I felt violated because I’ve lived here all my life and never encountered a racist Karen like her.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service and the lady Lisa or Liza likes to discriminate. Will be reporting her to head office

There’s a lady with a strong accent. Maybe Ukrainian. She was racially profiling these two coloured teenagers. It was extremely unsettling for me and other customers, I could only imagine how they felt. She was following them, standing there while they look around Blatantly making them feel uncomfortable. Based on the comments, nothing is being done, maybe refrain from going to this location.
