Our landlord went through this business to have our bathtub taps replaced...they had to order parts, and after over a month of not hearing from them when my wife called they were rude on the phone said they would show up then didn't. When they finally did show up, they came in using fowl language towards us claiming they have tons of other customers. When I asked him if this is how he represents his business he proceeded to ask me what I do for a living in a rude way. Don't waist your hard earned money on this business as it's a joke!!

The team at Seymour plumbing managed to get in to see us on a busy day. Fixed our problem within an hour and now we don't have to do dishes in the bathroom sink tonight. Will definately call again in the future.

If I could go with no stars I would.My friend and her mom are putting a suite in their basement for myself, and need some plumbing installed for my kitchen. We called seymour and were told they would be by the same day. No show. We waited 4 days to hear back from them, and my friends mom called back and talked to a woman who was extremely rude. She was told they were busy (fine but why would you say they'd be by same day if you're too busy to even call back?!) and that they'd get to it when they could. Seymour then pulled yet another no show on an appointment with a subcontractor type guy a couple weeks later to give us a quote on my plumbing and a quick seal fix on my shower. The subcontractor took some pictures which he sent to seymour and they quoted us around $2000 over the phone, without even looking at the house!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. Between the broken appointment promises, rude staff, and asinine quotes based on pictures and not even seeing the unit I am unbelievably disappointed.

Wonderful experience! Our mainline had a major block causing our sewer to back up. We called Dale at Seymour Plumbing because we heard they were they best. Mario came out as soon as he could and after hours. Very professional. Unfortunately, the clog ended up being in the city's jurisdiction. They called the city of Rossland first thing in the morning and let us know the city would be out to fix it by lunch. Dale was sure to follow up with us to make certain it was taken care of. The city came out and fixed the blockage. We had running water and toilet in less than 24 hours! We're thrilled with the service, professionalism and knowledge of everyone at Seymour Plumbing & Heating! Highly recommend!

Electric hot water tank replacement requested late Sept 27. Replaced the next morning in a professional, polite manner. Pleased that Dale brought a gray one that matched my new paint.

Heard that this place was supposed to be good at servicing furnaces but I got a run around instead.The last time I called, the owner asked me who I was and what house was mine and then told me that he worked on 100,000 houses every year and cant remember all of them. That's quite amazing for a city with only 8000 people living in it...Then he told me he was in the middle of a meeting and would call me back. I am still waiting for his phone call...I would give zero stars if I could.

Seymours is perhaps the best in town. Only problem is no one wants to be a plumber anymore. Too much demand in a small. He can barely get to you.

Called about a potential leak from my shower into my ceiling in the house we just moved into. They recognized I was concerned, and came the very next day to assess what the issue was. Turned out there was no active leak; it was simply the noise the pipe makes when expanding/contracting. Took the time to thoroughly go through the house and explain to me what was up. Gave me a huge sense of relief and peace of mind.... and at no cost to me.

Called to fix leak issues with my hot water tank. They came and put a gauge on it and never came back or returned my phone calls. The gauge broke and flooded my basement. I called to let them know and asked them to fix the issue, they said they'd call back to set up a time. I never heard from them so I called again and the receptionist was short with me and said they were busy, they'd call me. 2 weeks later and I've still never received a call back.Don't waste your time trying to get them to fix anything, they obviously don't care about their customers.

They were recommended by Dahl mechanical for my blocked sewer line. They came out the same day, showed up when they said they would and it was fixed in about a half hour, and very reasonable. Great guys, great work I definitely recommend as well.
