They refused to post my review - they said they only post reviews for Sold transactions only. This is how I discovered that RankMyAgent ratings are inflated positively in favor for realtors, as most customers who have sold and bought are likely to be happy. It made me wonder if this website is owned by realtors, since it's tied right into the Realtor website.My condo didn't sell during the 3 months listing, but as you can see from my review below, it wasn't about my condo not selling but my experience with my realtors and how they handled things during my listing (realtors Richard and Liz Bergeron):With 1 month left in my listing

Very impressed with this professional and very high standard web site. you can find real reviews of Real Estate agents in Canada written by real clients. The Site has been recommended by RE/MAX International that is a huge testimonial itself for Rank My Agents. I believe this is the only fair and honest platform for the home buyers and sellers to find reviews about agents for selecting a suitable agent. Kudos to RMA I call in short to Rank My Agent. I joined RankMyAgent for a webinar today and learned that, with a small tweak in my settings, I could invite clients posting a review to RMA to post the same review on Google or LinkedIn at the same time. Later that afternoon I sent a request for a review to my client and just like that, I had a great review not only on RMA but also on Google (yay me!). That’s a big deal for me because I haven’t got many reviews on google.What made the google review extra good was that before the review it stated it had been verified by RMA. I think there is a double win here. I feel this will make the google review seem more valid than any others because it is validated (which doesn’t matter to me now but it’s always scary to think what some unknown person may post). As well, I think this will also lure serious agent shoppers to the RankMyAgent site where they can read more.Google and LinkedIn reviews have always been a weaker spot for me. This new feature helps me where I need it most- clients too because they get to find out what clients are saying. Great job RankMyAgent. Really great thinking!
