I was helped by a girl and she was so rude to me. Never ever go back to that store once again in my life. She is not my boss to be bossy towards me. Highly recommended to not to go there. This is not the way of treating a customer.

One of the workers there was extremely rude and not friendly I asked for a small plain vanilla cone and she kept using an aggressive tone to speak to me that’s not how you should talk to any customer. I was nice to her but customer service like this should not be tolerated.

Zero star because of the cruelest and meanest customer service ever! I always shop here and an old lady always give me 10% off because of Langara Alumni card. She (one in the picture) said i don't know about that". But then i asked another drink

Not the best experience. I used to come here a lot when I was younger, but it has gone downhill recently. The service was mediocre, as the cashier was chatting with her coworkers the whole time. Ice cream was half melted when it was served to me.

Located in the Mall near Superstore. Came here wanting to use a Dairy Queen coupon and told they don’t honour Dairy Queen coupons. Came another time wanting to use my Metropolis GC and told the same, they don’t honour GC. There won’t be another time at this place as I visited another Dairy Queen who gladly accepted my DQ coupon.
