I went to Tim hortons today for coffee and saw a bee on the donuts and there were a few more. The staff was not even paying attention at all. That’s so disgusting as they will offer these to their customers.

Bought 20 timbits assorted this morning. All the chocolate timbits were hard. They did not taste fresh at all. The glaze left a film in my mouth. Completely unsatisfied and honestly such a disappointment for my daughter who loves the chocolate timbits.

I go to this same Tim's everyday and order the same thing. Weekday staff are awesome. Weekend staff screws up my order every single time, with wait times that are uncanny.

Ordered the breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. I do not like the dry biscuits. It came on a biscuit and was like warm. Opened it up to add pepper only to find a black hair.

I find it this Tim Horton has worst service , rude customer, irresponsible behaviour I ordered three French vanilla but I did not receive my whole items some of the items were missing in my order I am very disappointed from their service and will never order again from this place .

Ordered a large Chilli no bun. Got a medium half full container of Chilli. This is so disappointing when you are paying over 9$ with a drink and getting a snack size while paying for large...I find this location makes mistakes more often then not but today I was even more disappointed. I must note there was only one car ahead of me and one car behind me when I ordered and the location is small inside they were not busy.

I stopped in to get a breakfast wrap and a dozen donuts a couple weeks back. Absolutely awful service. There was no one in line ahead of me and at least a half dozen employees behind the counter. I waited at least 30 seconds before someone walked up to the order window. She then continued talking to other employees for about another 30 seconds, before finally saying yes". I made my order. She started putting donuts in the box when I asked "can I choose the one I want please". She said "what do you want"

Employees there are very careless, I was waiting for an uber eats delivery and the guy there told his colleague that they ran out of 3 cheese bagel, the other guy told him then use anything else, I am not gonna call the customer and tell him. Waited there for more than 20 minutes for the order to be done, not to mention the empty, unclean (things at the bottom) display with as shown in the picture.
