Very professional sales guy.Know everything about any kind of shoes he have there.Excellent experience.

Arrived to the store while the male customer representative was helping another customer get checked out. Was not acknowledged or greeted when we came in. Waited at the shoe display but the representative continued to talk. We were there for 15 mins and he didn’t even check up on us. We ended up leaving. I understand you want to share your knowledge with your customer however he could have at least made an effort to offer to help or greet us. Poor customer service!

Great service from Bob and Ann. I was in need of sone serious walking shoes. They were very informative and gave me several options. There was no pressure sales. And I was given plenty of time, trying on several pairs and retrying. I was very pleased with my purchase and would certainly recommend visiting this location.

Visited during the weekend to get some new running shoes as a first time marathon runner looking to get some expert advice.Bob, I believe his name was, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made the overwhelming process quite streamlined and catered, going as far as analyzing my current runners, asking about my training, and giving personal advice throughout the experience.Would certainly return again!

Excellent staff. And very knowledgeable. Got me the new model of Mizuno. I had thought getting the same as the old model was what I should get but after trying on their advice this was much more comfortable!

Don't go here if you're looking for any sort of technical help with a shoe. They don't watch you walk to see you pronate, (for example). They don't feel the top of the shoe to see if it's too tight unless you ask. They can't be bothered to do the basics so don't expect anything more. I hope they don't work on commission because they, (he), certainly doesn't deserve it. Consider this location as 'self-serve'.

Had called before coming in about a pair of shoes I wanted to try out. Happy to find out that they were in stock. Got to the store to find one person working (Bob) which was fine, I was happy to wait. However, I wasn’t acknowledged while two people (separately) who came in after me was greeted warmly and attended to. It didn’t seem like he was going to say anything so as he was about to go back to look for a size I quickly asked if I could get a size too and also that I was the one who called about the other shoes. He rudely says “the ones you’re holding are stability shoes. Do you know what that means?” I said “yes I do” , to which he replies “One is a stability shoe and the other one is a neutral. Why would you try on two different shoes?”. At this point I was pretty shocked. I went in looking forward to trying these shoes and instead was treated like I don’t know anything and that his advice is all mighty. He proceeds to say under his breath to another customer, “That’s just wrong. Trying on two different shoes would be like if you have two pairs of feet.” At that point, I just left. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had which is so unfortunate because all of my other encounters with Running Room have been phenomenal. So disappointed.

Terrible customer service!!! There were two staff, one male near cashier who we presume is the manager whom is happily talking to a customer who is leaving the store, other is a female staff who is sitting on a bench cleaning the shoes.We went in and were not greeted (even when the customer has walk out), the only one who greeted (if you even call it a greeting) was the female who only nodded to us and still sit on the bench cleaning a pair of shoes.We went in to the shoes gallery and I have to explain to my mother the types of shoes there were as there were yellow, pink and orange labels for the shoes (neither the male or female staff) came to us and explain about their products.On our way out, a female customer came and the male staff happily greeted her (I presume it is a common customer as the store manager already knows her name).We are not very happy with this customer service and feel there is a different level of customer service for each customer.I am very disappointed in the customer service, as my mother has the intention to purchase a pair of shoes (she goes out morning walks), my mother is an elder, why does she deserve such treatment ?

absolutely no eye contact while the single sales person talked non stop to one customer, and then moved on to talk again for over 1O mins. I would have waited if I felt noticed. The lovely gentleman whose wife was discussed over and over is perhaps in the wrong job,. He should be in a physio clinic and though hos advices might have been great, It would have helped to be asked what I neeed coz I needed to get one thing they had and would have been out the door..

Went in to get a pair of running shoes and Bob was very helpful and patient. Would recommend coming here for shoe shopping.
